Don’t shop here. My husband and I went in on a weekend. We were dressed casually - jeans and T shirts. We are relocating and needed to furnish a new home. We walked in, we were not assisted by anyone. We picked out a few items and every time we would try to locate someone to help us; they would immediately go to help someone dressed fancy. The store is VERY selective in who they help. Little do they know, not everyone wears their money on their hands or holds a LV handbag that doesn’t mean they don’t have it…We decided to leave after spending an hour picking out things (couch, bed, coffee table, and accent chairs) since we could not get assistance from anyone.This was despite asking their “floor coordinator”- we were repeatedly told everyone was “busy” while new people walking in were getting help. Also - FYI their furniture is made in China. We decided to go to Arhaus and CB2 instead

Love to come here for inspiration and ambiance. Staff is pleasant and helpful but leaves me to roam. My only wish is that they'd go back to price tags on the furniture. I don't want to tag it on my phone to go to a website. If I wanted to do that I'd stay home. It's in a "home" corner of the mall. Usually look in and shop at all the stores in this section.

I had a horrible experience with Anna Fillipone at this location. Not only did she give us inaccurate information during the sales process but we had an extensive issue with the delivery of some of our products with no follow up. After placing an order, the delivery for two specific items kept getting delayed. Finally, we received delivery today and our chairs were void of the swivel function we spent hours discussing with her. They are being reordered and delivery is expected for January and this is if that is even accurate. At this point we are almost at a year since our initial order date and Anna could not have cared less throughout the entire process.It is also worth mentioning that their billing process is very confusing and expectations should be managed with customers during the placement of the order so they are not caught off guard- especially if they have custom pieces. Anna failed to mention or manage this expectation and when asked about it directly send an arbitrary invoice with little explanation or desire to soothe our concern that we may be billed twice for something with how erratically the charges tend to hit your CC.Additionally, we let her know we were looking for a more durable leather option for the Maxwell sofa. She recommended a Berkshire leather. I trusted her instinct as she told me she has standard poodles- and our need for something more durable stemmed from wanting something to accommodate the clumsy paws of our bernedoodle (who is 75% standard poodle). When the couch was delivered I noticed how quickly it scratched so I googled cere instructions only to find a ton of information online that stated that Berkshire leather is a horrible choice for durability and one of the other leather lines RH has is far more heavily recommended by designers for durability. The Berkshire was at a premium cost AND we were mislead. The custom build out of this sofa means it isn’t returnable so we will be using a blanket on it at all times since this seemed to be a very expensive mistake.This experience has been very disappointing overall and I hope the management team looks into these concerns so future customers have a better experience when purchasing a premium product. I expected better from a company who’s prices of furniture, when purchasing full rooms can equal or exceed even the cost of a professional service

Be very careful when purchasing. This isn’t indicative of this location but RH in general. Needed to cancel an order and place a reorder.Got an email saying card would be refunded in 3-7 days and then a week later get an email saying they’ve shipped a check to a residence that was listed as a vacation home: Spending hours trying to fix what should have been a simple cancel and reorder.Disaster experience.

I have placed an order in Mar and it has been delayed three times. I still did not receive the order and it is impossible to reach out to their sales/customer representatives team once the order is placed. Definitely the worst customer management experience ever!

We were trying to get in to the store before it closes. And the Restoration Hardware Associate at the door let all other bunch of people in right before the closing but told us they were now closed. and closed the door on us. Shouldn’t even be given any star.

My wife and I came by to purchase a new living-room set. Unfortunately, the high end pieces were not of great quality. However, the rooms were nicely designed. We will take our $25k elsewhere.

The design service is awful. It’s basically just them wanting you to walk around pointing at what you want from them; they don’t actually do the design as much as they just have high ego around their portfolio and want you to pick one they’ll customize. They’re just salesmen disguised as designers.After two consolidations there was literally no throughput. They just wasted my time. I ended up buying everything from a competitor and designed it myself.That’s a whole lot of arrogance for no reason.

Their furniture is beautiful and of high quality. Definitely worth the money because it not only looks good but it lasts for a long time.I gave them 4 stars because their order and shipping policy is not flexible. If the old order is delayed they should allow for the new orders to be added to it and not charge more for shipping.

I am actually sitting in the store as I type. I have been in here for at least 20 to 30 minutes. No one has spoken to me or really even looked my way. I am designing a 3 million dollar home and on a tight schedule and fairly high budget. I would have probably been the easiest, most decisive customer they'd have today. But because no one has the time to acknowledge me, I will take my business elsewhere. I'm used to this treatment, it's nothing new. But it certainly doesn't not make it acceptable.

Took a quick stop by this store just to browse during my furniture adventure. What I can report is that the staff is pretty nonexistent. Not one person approached me to ask if they could help which is fine bc I was just looking around for inspiration.Not all RH's look like this but the one in NYC is more opulent.
