Wow! What a great detailing experience on our 2013 Highlander. Despite our best efforts, the vehicle had about 3 years of dog hair and dog smell in it. Externally, the vehicle had some handprints that we could not get off of the paint. The Pro-Clean team made quick work of both problems for a reasonable price. The car looks and smells just about brand new inside and out; our goal is to get another 10 years out of this car, and this cleaning helps us with that goal. We are quite pleased, and will be taking all of our cars to Pro-Clean for our car cleaning needs moving forward.

Very odd experience with the owner. We brought our car here after winning a car detail at a charity auction. We took a Honda Crv as the first car because i haven't been to this detailer before with a higher-end car. We were told we would have to pay extra for a car detail and the owner was grumbling about how he did the charity donation for a friend and that it's normally extra. A bit stunned I tried asking what was included in the car detail so I could just get a reduced cleaning instead of a full detail .
We then went to go pick up the car. The inside and outside looks pretty clean, I also tried to hand the owner a 20% cash tip (for the employees as they saw about five people working inside the bay) he refused and then pointed at the door and he walked away. I took it as a get out of my shop and then left a bit stunned.
I'm sure he's just a grumpy old man, but what a crappy customer service experience and I certainly won't be referring or coming back to this place.
At least the car was cleaned and for my conscience the money went to a good cause.

Mike runs a great business, does exceptional work, and is overall just a great American and a great person. Been taking my cars to him for 10+ years now, and wouldn’t take them anywhere else if I got paid to do it.

The owner is out of his mind, went to an event near them this Saturday near his shop instead of him taking advantage of all the nice cars that was around he decided to block the parking spots and selling them for $20 a spot. He kept yelling at everyone, and was being a total Karen. Is so sad to see an individual in the car industry to act this way and not have no respect for his neighbors and the community.

I am grateful for the great work that Mike and his team did on my car recently (last week) and last year. Each time my car looked brand new. I was sincerely blown away at how thoroughly clean my car looked and smelled. I almost didn't recognize it at first. It was THAT clean! I got the works - full interior and exterior - and feel I've gotten the value I paid for each time.

Mike and his beautiful lovable laboratory make a beautiful team! They both are very responsive and polite. I had a bad sunroof water leaking damage and car interior has not been cleaned for decade. For a reasonable fee, they turned my old car interior brand new!! The floor was dried, cleaned and covered by new floor material, and interior was cleaned thoroughly. Super honest and thorough job. I totally trust him. Going forward Mike's will be the only place I go for any detailing jobs. They left a huge smile on my face and deep appreciation on efforts they put on my car. I would give a 10 star review without any hesitation.

Pro-Clean is hands down the best car detail shop in Northern Virginia. I’ve tried many others previously but they certainly don’t measure up. The owner, Michael, is a perfectionist and inspects each and every car after it’s washed. He takes great pride in ensuring that his customers are consistently happy which is why I keep going back. The staff work very hard and don’t cut corners. My car ALWAYS looks brand new after a wash or detail. You will not be disappointed if you go here plus the added bonus is that you will be greeted by two fuzzy staff members, Prince the dog and Tyco the cat!
