Just an update on the perfume I was looking for. So instead of Neiman Marcus, I went to Macy's and told them that I was looking for a perfume but didn't know what it was called. They sent me home with 8 Dior samples to test... instead of saying that they were not trying to sell !!!!!! Fast forward, three days later I went back to Macy's and got three perfumes instead of one! Because I tried them all and fell in love with three of them, including the one that I was looking for. This is called customer service. They sold three instead of one just because of their caring attitude. Neiman Marcus at Tysons corner really needs to reconsider their services and attitude.

I placed an order online that I was so excited about receiving. The order did arrive by FedEx however it was stolen from my yard. I called to submit a claim with NM and after an investigation on their end, I was told that the claim was denied because as far as they are concerned they did their job and the package was delivered. I was shocked this happened to me, four years ago when someone stole a package from our property around this same time from Nordstroms the response was so different, they truly made me feel that I was a valued customer! That was customer service I could not say I will shop here again. I was truly disappointed not only was I out of money but my Christmas presents as well. I am happy that I waited to place my second order.

Updating my review because I actually had an issue with an order placed by a NM client advisor IN-STORE, it NEVER arrived! I reached out to the client advisor, asked for a tracking information and all he texted back was "will be coming soon". It has been three weeks and I still haven't received the item. I reached out to customer service one week ago and they directed me to the fragrance department. They told me to reach out to my client advisor. I asked if they're able to check their system just to see what is the status of my order. They said no and told me to reach out to my client advisor (who has not been very responsive). I called customer service again. They directed me to delivery and shipping department, there was no answer and they told me that they will leave a message for them to call back. One week later and still no call back. This is very poor customer service and is essentially stealing/fraud. I will likely only purchase from my NM Chanel SA from this point forward and no one else. Even then, I will only purchase items I can walk out with. Do not let a CA/SA place an order for you online in-store. TLDR: Do not allow in-store online ordering through a CA/SA. There's a chance you won't receive your item even though they've charged you for it. And there is no point in going through customer service because they will leave you hanging without any answers.

terrible customer service. I went in to look for something formal and got no assistance at all. the only thing I got from shopping here was getting profiled. im assuming I didn't fit the appropriate appearance for someone to come help me. this associate named Derek followed me and my friend everywhere not asking a single question. Im Assuming he thought we were going to steal. I confronted him about the situation and his excuse was " I'm here to help." I've never experienced anything like that before. Full of lies. Didn't know they hired people like that. Immature and embarrassing.

I visited the watch and jewelry department in October 2023. The selection is a pretty good size with both new and pre owned watches. They have Piaget, Franck Muller, and Hermes watches as well as used Rolexes, omega, Breitling, and Cartier. I didn't look at the jewellery much, but the selection is also very nice with some high end pieces. I was assisted by Laila and she is very kind and helpful. I looked at a couple Rolexes and they were all in decent shape and at market prices. They even have a gold Patek that is incredible. If I decide to get a Piaget, I would get it from here. Hermes and Franck Mueller are the 2 main brands though.

Very bad. No wonder other people feel the same. I've got a defective leather L'Agence jacket which was originally $1595 (but I doubt it) on sale for $406.19 total, I texted them with the pictures and they sent me shipping label. I shipped it back immediately Monday 8/7/2023. They received my package Saturday morning 8/12/2023 and still refused to process my refund! The lady in the chat told me they need more time since they have another orders. Sorry but is this my fault? You sent me an expensive jacket which look like it's been worn before. I need my money back! Absolutely disappointing. I have an experience with return of defective item in another company and they've refunded me as soon as I shipped it back without any questions. Worst online customer service Worst online customer service. Tried to chat with online CS. First agent was assigned after 4 minutes of waiting. (3.22 entered into chat, 3.26 pm agent was assigned, 3.29 no reply from the agent). 2 nd attempt today 3.33 pm entered into chat, they said waiting time is 2 minutes, but until 3.44 no agent is assigned. This NM chat apps is totally useless!! I tried to get my refund with no success

upon checking out The upstairs selection, I came upon an item by Balmain in mY size and color, except for The buttons. before purchasing I asked The hurried and unfriendly salesclerk if they would change out The buttons (they looked garish on me but everything else worked). rather unprofessionally, she did not answer me simply yes we can or sorry no like any decent professional, instead got visibly offended that I would dare, think of bespeaking a " Balmain " to suit " Me ". I am The one who should be ever so lucky. do I not know? Balmain is like CHANEL! If I walk out The house, " everyone will know " "who" I'm weaaaring. Yes. She proceeded to lecture me in this manner. I laughed it off because I was shy as there were customers looking at me particularly this one gentleman gazing upon me from The time I was wearing The item to when I was trying to check out. I laughed at this outrage but hey, it's NM. Why am I surprised. Ghetto treatment from a ghetto est.

I often shop online from Nordstrom as I am an ambassador member. This time I decided to shop from Neiman Marcus. What a big mistake that was. When I received my merchandise, I shortly found out that it was the wrong item. I decided to chat online to rectify the problem. There is absolutely no customer service. I found the representative, rude, abrupt and impossible to chat with. As I am explaining to her that I got the wrong merchandise, she insists on the fact that I made the wrong order which is clearly on my receipt of what I had ordered. She's just trying to blame it on me. Once I presented her with my order number, she still denies any wrongdoing telling me that this item comes , in only one color. After going back-and-forth, she quickly realized that she was wrong. She immediately told me that once I return the item that I received it would be replaced with the correct one. It was like I am just going to steal the item and not return it . She was not kind or courteous by any means. This sure will be the last time I order anything from this establishment. This took approximately one hour and 10 minutes since each of her response was delayed and slow. She not only wasted my time, but also the companies time. Lesson learned. Never judge a store by its name as often times it is exactly the opposite. Never ever buy at Neiman Marcus again.

I returned to the Tyson's Corner store and was completely blown away by the care and consideration extended to me by Ms. Lee and Ms. Yoo. The experience was exactly what I was hoping for when shopping at such an iconic store. A few highlights: When I arrived, Ms. Yoo made a personal and intentional connection with me. She took the time to greet me with care and spoke to me with thoughtfulness. The shopping experience wasn't rushed, and my shopping experience mattered. Ms. Yoo listened to me and intentionally found the garment that matched my silhouette. The follow-up conversation that I had with Ms. Lee was equally appreciated. After speaking with Ms. Lee, I am confident she will work to address the concerns I raised about my first visit. I am equally satisfied she will continue to ensure a systematic approach is in place to prevent similar customer concerns. In the end, I could not be more satisfied with the follow-up and thoughtfulness extended to me during my visit today.

One of the worst stores online and apps I have experienced. It's surprising for such a high end store that they wouldn't invest to have better online service. There are so many glitches on their app as well.

I had the unfortunate need to use this Neiman Marcus's restroom. I've seen nicer gas station bathrooms - Walmart has better (and cleaner) bathrooms. It was trashed. With the scuffed walls, torn cabinets, and stained carpets I shouldn't have been surprised in the lack of cleanliness of the actual facilities but I was. A gallon of paint, a hammer and a scrub brush would do wonders. Needless to say there are plenty of other places I can spend money in!

I went to NEIMAN today for a photo with Santa. After taking a photo I begin to walk around the store just browsing. They have some UNIQUE things for gift ideas and somethings just for me! I talked with some of the store clerks about things in the store and Santa. I had a great time. I will probably be back after Christmas because of the amount of people in the store or I will just come early. Judy was great assisting me with my purchases!

I purchased a pair of Vince sandals in my regular size of 7.5 online because they were not available at the store. I got them and they were toooo big. I walked around my foyer and living room to see how they fit. Then I decided to order the 7 and see which would be better. I just recovered from Covid and decided to go return the 7.5 and took the 7 also just in case I saw something better at the store. After looking, I decided to return both and just wait to buy when the spring stuff comes out since these were open toed. Well, I was COMPLETELY embarrassed when the shoe dept sales guy told me a thin white scratch on just ONE shoe indicated that I had worn them! The other shoe had nothing. So basically he was accusing me of wearing the shoes outside. I told him that I tried them on INSIDE my house and why would I wear ONE SHOE out??? How is that even possible???? But he would not take back the shoes that I paid about $530 for even though I had NEVER worn them OUTSIDE of my house!! He kept saying that it was not him, it was the NM policy. I had to go downstairs to customer service and ask them and they didn't have any issues with the shoes. They KNEW that I had ONLY tried them on. They were able to process the return. I am SO embarrassed as the shoe dept was full of customers and they all saw me being told that I was lying. I am a professional that makes good money. I DO NOT NEED TO BUY EXPENSIVE SHOES, WEAR THEM AND THEN RETURN. HOW DARE YOU EVEN ACCUSE ME OF THAT? Just because I don't dress up to come to your stupid lackluster store that sells "old lady crap" you're going to assume that I am some con artist??????? This is not the first time I have been treated like a thief at this particular location (Tysons). The only reason I bought these shoes from your store vs. Nordstrom or Saks is because they were on sale on nm.com. I will NEVER EVER even walk into that stupid store again to use the bathroom. Your loser store only sells cheap logo crap to people that PRETEND to have status by wearing head-to-toe logos and 3 pounds of makeup and 1 bucket of cheap perfume. I hope you go out of business. I am going back to Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue with my $530 to buy shoes and some respect.
