Disgusting location, rarely get help and the male employees at this location are very unprofessional! Not only is this location a waste of time and space the product is too expensive for employees to be so arrogant to customers coming in inquiring.

This store is incredibly helpful! All the sales reps were personable and approachable, especially Ryan. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to how the bikes, row, tread and guide work. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. When my friend had an issue with how the equipment worked, he answered her questions as best as he could then directed her to customer service. I would definitely go back to this location for any future product needs.

All the associates at this store are amazing! Every time I go in I always get amazing service! I feel like a VIP!!!! Especially Ryan, he always looks after me telling me about the events and incoming product! Anyone that needs advice or questions about peloton definitely recommend going to the Tyson’s location you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Ryan and other sales reps for helping me out with all my peloton needs! if I could give 20 stars I would!

The bikes are great! I got my first bike during the pandemic (2020) and it still runs great.For busy folks trying to work out where ever you are, beware.....I got a second bike in 2022 and planned to share my membership between the 2 bikes in different locations. I DO NOT recommend doing this. The process of signing out of one bike to pulling the membership content over to the second bike regularly takes up to 30 minutes. Each time you will have to wait 10 -15 minutes for an update followed by 15 minutes of "activating" the second bike.Tech support is available after a 30 minute hold time and it gets you to a nice person overseas who reads from a script that is very basic and not helpful. This was not the case in 2020 when I purchased my first bike. Three years ago it was easy to get to a knowledgeable technician. My advice in 2023, don't bother calling the tech support line, it will just make you angry.

Run don't walk away from these jokers. Rescheduled delivery on me twice with no ability to give a new date. It was not this store but Peleton customer service is non existent. They lied about the reason for cancelling

Sales associate was very rude. I've been using peloton for over five years and enjoyed the relaxed inclusive culture. I was making friendly small talk asking if the people trying it out make purchases of the machines and the sales associate said "That's the reason we exist" in an irritated tone. I left immediately.

I stopped by to learn more about the Peloton Heart Rate Band. Even though it was almost closing time, the associate on duty, Nick, was nice enough to discuss the product in detail with me. The entire interaction was not rushed even though he had to close up for the night. I learned that I could not purchase the product there, but I could get it online. He was nice enough to offer me a demo of it and give me a heads up on the ins and outs of the armband (you have to select either large or small size when ordering so getting to see the product firsthand was a big help). As a Peloton customer for the last few years, I really appreciate that level of detailed service. The store itself was in great shape and I look forward to coming back again to try out other products. Thanks again for the great experience Nick!

This review doesn’t pertain to this particular location, rather the equipment and company. Our family has had two awful experiences with the equipment and customer service thereafter. The equipment is bulky, didn’t function due to poorly fitting pieces and the customer service was non existent. We had to pay to dispose of it on top of everything else because obviously no one online wanted to buy it. How these commercials can say consumers say it’s a great product is beyond me!

Extremely disappointed in the fact that my delivery has been rescheduled 3 times and customer service has absolutely no idea when this will actually come in. They said it is out of stock and their hub doesn’t know when they’ll get more in but they’ve charged me weeks ago for it. Had I known about the headache that would have come from this purchase I would have never bought it! Honestly everything in me is telling me to just cancel the purchase and get a refund.

Have you ever walked into a store with no real intentions to make a purchase, but due to the customer service representative, you find yourself seriously considering purchasing an item you've done little to no research on? Have you?... Well that was me after my visit to the Peloton of Tyson's Corner. I've always been intrigued with the Peloton product, but I've never been big on having gym equipment in my home. Anyway, while shopping, the Mrs. and I stopped in to take a look. Here we met purpose for this post, Dru. She was so cool as she informed us of the benefits of the Peloton system, the app and the vast content to choose from. Dru was not pushy or passive, she was... perfect in her delivery of details and pertinent information. As a result, we decided to go with the App version for now, and will consider adding more products later. Thanks Dru

Absolutely fantastic experience at the Peloton store.First off: schedule an appointment. I know that that seems fairly elementary but it is extremely important you do so. When they are mobbed, like it was today, it was so nice to walk in, sit down and let them know of the appointment ahead of time. You also get great service in the back rooms to fit and try out the equipment.Secondly- the store is gorgeous and serene.But mostly: kudos to Mike who fit me to my bike to address my knee issues (huuuuuuge difference), helped me set up my shoes properly and helped me with the Peloton row and the guide. I’ve had my bike for three years and painfully biked through it but now I feel confident doing the classes again. So excited about the guide and the great deal we got on it and hopefully we’ll get the row soon.

Be prepared for the delivery team to take a picture of your front door, forge your signature and mark your item as delivered. The store folks are great, but I'm pretty sure the delivery clowns are on a work release program.

My experience at this peloton store was amazing. Ryan Taylor was very nice and told us about all the features and packages for the bike. He even gave us a discount. We also got a few water bottles and goodies from Ryan. If I would have to buy another peloton item I would come to this store and buy it from Ryan. 10/10
