This place is by appointment only and we drove 44 mins to get here. They still helped us!5 stars for 5 reasons1. Very professional and reminds me of Porsche and Lexus dealership. “I need service on my diamond ring and called Diamond Exchange. I wasn't sure if I was able to receive the service because I called after 5pm and the store closes at 6pm. I spoke to Mr. Brendan and he was very delightful to talk to. He said if I can make it by 6pm, no problem, he could help me. I came from GMU and unfortunately the traffic on 123 was terrible. But, Mr. Brendan was kind and waited for me. If you are looking to exchange or buy diamond or jewelry, you need to check out this place before you make your purchase.
