My Florist is the absolute best in the business! They do a fantastic job and have never failed to come through for us in the more than 10 years that my office has been ordering from them. The flowers are always fresh, beautifully arranged, and delivered on time. I am especially grateful to the wonderful folks working at My Florist. No matter how late it is or what little notice we give them, they are patient, professional, and extremely helpful. They have saved the day for us on many occasions, and there just aren't enough words to express my appreciation for all that they do for us.

When I had called the person on the phone requesting for a tracking information, she was rude. I understand some companies don’t have tracking information but one doesn’t have to be rude or condescending. She also assured me that I will be updated when the delivery is made. However, I had to follow up twice to get an update. There was no notification sent to me or a picture of the flower that was delivered to the recipient. So obviously I don’t know what was delivered that I had paid for. Flower yes but was it as per the picture provided on their site? I have no idea. I won't be returning to "My Florist".

I have used numerous florists in the DC area and My Florist is by far the best. They provide beautiful arrangements, and their flowers are always gorgeous. My Florist is the BEST florist in the DMV.

I've been ordering flowers for my sister and brother-in-law who live in Falls Church, VA for many years. I always have my sister take pictures of the flowers I've ordered, and you don't disappoint. The flowers are always fresh, beautiful, just like in the pictures. Thank you!
