I decided to treat myself for a pedi on my birthday. It was a Thursday afternoon and surprisingly busy! I had to wait a few minutes, no big deal. This is a smaller salon so make sure you come prepared to wait if necessary. The massage chairs are excellent. Seriously I'm dreaming about coming back even though my toes are still in good shape! The service was wonderful and I will definitely be back. One tip: credit card tips are not enabled, bring cash.

Poorly managed. Despite having a couple of manicurists here that I really like, the owner/manager's ungracious, unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service detracts from this salon.

Use to adore coming here and have brought a lot of friends the last couple years with me. My most recent experience with the service though was so poor that I felt the need to review. They have been making changes in the last few months, with one seemingly being different management (?). I called ahead to see if I could bring my friend and I in for a mani/pedi at 5:15. They let me know that it was too busy, but 6pm would work. We arrived together at 6pm, in which we were not acknowledged whatsoever until 6:30. I had to walk my friend over to show her where to pick out nail colors, and if it weren't for thinking we'd be seen shortly, I would have walked out much earlier. My friend finally got taken back for a mani (before the pedicure?) around 6:30, as I continued to wait until 7:10. I had gotten up twice during this time to bring to the technician's attention that I have been waiting a heck of a long time for having made an appointment. He seemed to be very insensitive back to this and continued to make false promises of how much longer it would be. When I finally was taken back, I opted-out of doing the pedicure as I just no longer had any time/patience. Thank goodness I was seen by Mary, since I love her!! Note - we were not the only ones with this experience. The lady next to me was apparently waiting since 5pm, with eventually just walking out having having no service provided. BTW - Mary is awesome!! I do not want this review to put her in a negative light whatsoever, as she takes her time and smiles every time she provides a mani/pedi. She does an amazing job and my nail color always stays on for awhile.

When I walked in I had high hopes but I was let dow.. first of all I called and asked how much it would be but once I got there i was told that it was 10 dollars more (and it was the same person I talked to on the phone) .. the whole time she was pulling my arm up and yanking it down and getting frustrated but wouldn't tell me which she wanted so I was just sitting there so not relaxing and the nails are not the shape I showed her and they are all different sizes. Also acrylic stuff all over my fingers. Not happy and won't be returning. $63 total. Picture I showed vs nails I received.

I love the services here. I regularly get a manicure, pedicure and my eyebrows done. I live in Old Town and there are probably 100 nails salons that are closer, but it is worth the drive to McLean. The ladies are lovely, professional and efficient. My nails always look perfect when I leave and the color lasts well. The prices are very competitive and parking is easy. I strongly recommend them.

I checked in first time to have pedicure done. A pedicure chair was so uncomfortable. Moreover, they didn't have lights to dry the pedicure!!! So I had to sit there until the pedicure was dried. Also didn't have many selections of the colors Will not go back again.

Called ahead for SNS Nails. Lady said they had a ton of colors. The colors were not cute or new and not much to choose from. So I asked if she can just remove my old SNS Nails. Afterwards without any manicure just the removal they charged me $13. It's obvious they wanted to charge me more for my time since it took a while to remove the SNS. Won't be coming back here.

It was a great environment but little crowded. The staff was nice and talkative. They did my nails efficiently yet good quality. Didn't chip or break for about 3 weeks on gel manicure.

Inconsistent service and quality of work. Most of the girls are great with the exception of the few "bad apples" - namely Dawn. She wasn't friendly, gave the worst pedicure and sloppily applied polish to where I had to ask her to redo the whole set due to globs of polish and bubbles. If you go here, avoid Dawn and you'll save yourself a bad experience.

Tammy is wonderful and does a meticulous and thorough job. She also gives a fabulous hand, foot and leg massage!
