They have the best makeup artists by appointment to do the best makeovers (with purchase of cosmetics/skin care products of course). Keep up the good work and thank you for making me feel brand new again. 😊

I Love Mac and I love how you always find someone to help. My only bad experience is with their customer service over phone and website chatting. They ate not the best at all it can take a hour with the chat and no one will answer you over the phone.
