Mitch reset an engagement ring and was great to work with. He explained all the options and pros/cons of each option in simple terms (I had no idea how complex this could be) and helped make the process quick and painless. Mitch isn't just a jeweler, he gets deep into the design process with his clients. I would give more than 5 stars if possible

Mitch has helped both my brother and myself with engagement rings, wedding bands, and more for several years now. He’s helpful, friendly, and the least pushy sales guy you’ll come across. Highly recommend his service if you’re looking for a very personal relationship with your jeweler.

My wedding rings no longer fit, so for my 10 yr anniversary, I decided to have them remade into 1 ring. I had several friends who had worked with and recommended Mitch. He helped me narrow down my ideas, design the new ring, and have it made with my diamonds from my original rings. He is friendly, knowledgeable, practical, and the ring is gorgeous!

I recently worked with Mitch to design an engagement ring for my now fiancé. Going in, I knew nothing about anything ring related. Mitch worked close with me and with his knowledge and guidance, he was able to design and create exactly the ring that I envisioned, within the budget we originally discussed. My better half absolutely loved it. Terrific communication - frequent, clear, and concise. He was able to take my scrambled ideas and thoughts and come up with different designs until he was able to create my ideal ring. The end result was perfect.I will have no hesitation to trust Mitch in the future for any jewelry needs I may have.Thank you again Mitch!

I've known of Lynn Jewelers for years and have always thought that someday in preparation for that momentous occasion, I would have the opportunity to create that special piece for that special someone. This was definitely one of those times and if you hadn't gone through the ring design or selection process before, i.e., cut, clarity, color, round, emerald, princess, it could be a little intimidating to say the least. For the consumer, there are so many designers out there, on-line shops, big box retail and different designs to choose from that you hardly know where to begin.From start to finish Lynn Jewelers made the process enjoyable and educational. They listened to our likes vs. dislikes and blended classic, with vintage and vintage with ornate. Their virtualization technology even allows the customer to see a cad mockup identical to the ring prior to production. They designed and created a timeless, and stunning engagement ring that not only reflects who we are as a couple, it is unique to us and something that we will forever treasure. As we continue to receive countless compliments, our hope is that the ring will serve as a legacy to be passed down from generation to generation. Nonetheless, we are forever grateful to Lynn Jewelers for their professionalism, inspiration and creative design.

I have had them change watch batteries on multiple watches, ranging from the inexpensive to the very expensive. They are the only ones that I would trust with my best watches and jewelry repairs. They are prompt, delightful to work with and know what they are doing!

I LOVE the GORGEOUS engagement set that my AMAZING fiancé, Dave Falchick, purchased from Mitch at Lynn Jewelers in McLean, Virginia! I've had it for less than 24 hours and I've already had two different people comment that it is SOOOOOOOO sparkly that it can be seen from space! Thank you Mitch (and Carla) and of course Dave, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it!!
