I love these products. My favorite and I always have to treat myself when visiting Tysons Corner. Softening & luxuriating on my skin during a relaxing shower. Fresh scent and always makes my skin feel moisturized & smooth after a nice shower.

Just bought some luxury anti-aging skin cream from here today! The immortelle line is simply divine! The scent is refreshing and greatly enhances your complexion! The sales were incredible!

Got two $100 gift cards and attempted to use them at the store. Got through picking out, and it turns out the system doesn't accept gift cards. Isolated problem? No, every store globally can't accept gift cards. Okay, can we come back tomorrow or something when it's fixed? No, it's been down since Spring... Okay... Can you use it online? No, you have to call customer service to place your order to use the gift card at all...Don't bother buying or using gift cards I guess. Why even sell them if you can't use them at all unless you call customer service? To fleece people who get frustrated and don't use the gift card at all I guess. How the hell do you have a global outage like this FOR SIX MONTHS!

The store is gorgeous and pristine. The Manager, France and her team knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I love the products. The gifts I have purchased have been well received. It is great for the environment that they now are recycling product containers. I am a customer for life.

Being in the store for the first time I found the staff to be incredibly welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Not forceful and pushy in anyway. Made it a very positive experience.

If you have not tried the face wash, almond products or Shea products - you're not giving your skin what it needs.I've been using these products since I was in my thirties - I'm now 50 and I can't say enough....Of course I use other products as well and the staff is really cool about suggesting complimentary items.The last time I went here I bought a gel hydro primer that is absolutely transformed my moisturizing regimen.The products for men are to die for. They have kits for both men and women and they never let you leave the store without extras...especially w\purchase.Be ready to wash your hands as soon as you walk in- they are covid responsible so limited amount of people in the store which I love because I get to be selfish with one of the professionals in the store.

Great product n compare to other L'Occitane stores I find the sellers at this store very welcoming n willing to answer any questions about the products. I also want to add it is refreshing to see the team has added a new employee who is from Boston.
