Went for full set and pedicure. The pedicure was good and done well but felt a bit out of order and rushed. The manicure for my friend was done by a very very lovely lady but she seemed new. She couldn’t do a design and had to have two people come check on her work before the person who I assume was the owner took over for her completely because she couldn’t do it. My full set was done well but after a week and a half it seems like they are grown out way too much? It looks like three weeks of growth. I’ve never had this issue before, not only that almost all of them are lifting completely from the nail bed.

I absolutely love KissMe Nail Spa! I leave happy with the service I receive here every single time. They never disappoint! Dee is my favorite! She always takes her time and provides great service and is really good with nails designs. I always receive compliments on my nails and always recommend this nail spa!

It was the most stressful experience I've ever had! The lady was on her phone the whole time, trying to FaceTime someone; she got distracted and broke one of my natural long nails, then tried to put a tip on, but at this point, I was so done that I said it was fine the way it was because I wanted to leave that place ASAP! I got out of there so overwhelmed. I have tried the place twice, and it's not worth it! I honestly don't even understand how they can have 4.5 stars in here. Maybe friends? That's the only thing I can think of. The pictures look amazing, but my nails were not great either time! Never again!!

Very nice staff and great work. I needed to find a new nail salon near me after moving to the area- this is almost in walking distance. I made an appointment online and I didn't wait even a minute. I hate waiting when I book a time. Doesn't make much sense to book if it's not honored, right? I recently found out I have a gel allergy so I had to go the acrylic route. I asked for a milky white acrylic - I prefer full color acrylic sets than painting them after. Vee finished my nails in almost exactly an hour. I usually go in every 2 weeks for an infill but I am traveling for work soon, so I won't be getting in for almost 3 weeks. I plan on updating this review after a couple follow up visits.

I’ve been coming for over a year, unfortunately they still don’t know my name and call me Jess after multiple corrections. I kept going out of convenience. I was booking standing appointments until I came in a few weeks ago my usual service cost $200 with my nails and the pedicure I was squeezed into the end pedicure chair where I had to climb over implements and my appointment was rushed like I was a walk in, the tech seemed surprised when I mentioned having an appointment, that’s when I felt there was no value in making an appointment because there’s no consideration for a repeat client. This was my appointment right before Christmas so instead I’ve giving a $50 tip as I gave my other service providers I only gave 15%.
Today I was a walk in at 11am, I needed a fill in and pedicure (what I always get). The shop was busy so at first I was told no and I understood and started to leave but then I was asked to wait 15 min, I waited 30 which was fine. During my appointment at least 4 walk-in pedicures were taken. When my nails were done I asked what pedicure chair I should sit in. There was a look of surprise “Oh you want a pedicure too?! We don’t have anybody” I asked “you didn’t hear me ask for a Fill in and Pedi (again my usual but when a shop doesn’t bother to remember your name why would they remember my service that I’m there every three weeks for.) No response,I was told to come back later in an HOUR or so, it’s now 1:30. If there was no time to do both my services I would not have stayed. No apology for the miscommunication. I asked if it’s possible to just do a polish change a the owner threw her hands up and said everyone is busy. No care or accommodation for a good client. Just a lack of care and bad customer service. Come here for the base level of service and have no expectations of kindness. I will look for service providers that make sure each client they have is satisfied first instead of prioritizing how many numbers can fill the seats.

Wendy was very nice and duplicated the reference photo almost exactly. I tried gel-x for the first time in place of my normal acrylic tips. While I'm not sure how I feel about this specific kind of enhancement, the artistry and service at this salon is beyond compare. I'd definitely come back here for a fill or a fresh set!

Highly recommend getting nails done with Wendy! I’ve gone twice and each time has been a great experience. She’s always patient and thorough with her work. Wendy always makes my nail ideas come to life and I get compliments throughout the day. My acrylic nails are durable and lasts weeks! I’m always looking forward to my next nail appointment! ?

This is the best nail spa! I have been going to Deedee and Wendy for a couple of years now. They are both amazing at detailed nail designs. All the staff is super nice and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I highly recommend!
