I orderd a jacket on sale, so no returns. It came with a defective zipper. It was obviously returned by someone else by the way it was packaged. I was on hold for 22 minutes to speak to a customer service representative. During that time I listened to recordings. "If you are calling for an item you haven't received please note it could take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery." " If you are calling about a refund please note it could take 30 days to credit you." etc. What happened to Lilly Pulitzer? I am required to take a video of the zipper not working and email it to quality control. Then they will get in touch with me, who knows when, to see if they will take it back or not. I'm done with Lilly Pulitzer, not the company it use to be.

I should have read the reviews. I ordered a gift for Christmas which said it would be delivered on the 21st. Today is the 24th and it hasn't even shipped. Lesson learned. In todays market it's not enough to just have cute stuff, you need to compete with companies that actually ship on time.

My mother wore Lilly. I wore Lilly my whole life, my girls and grandchildren wear Lilly. I have watched this company go down hill on quality and definitely on customer service. I just spent 47 minutes on hold regarding a question about a return on a gift card. I tried finding an answer on their website but could not find a solution. Went back to the chat which is nothing more than Sales Force automated responses which cannot answer my question. Asked to speak to a real customer service person and it froze. No one responded after 15 minutes telling me Im the next one in line. Calling Corporate.

Horrible customer service! My package was "lost in the mail" and I could not reach anyone for weeks. By the time I finally got someone, they said the only solution was for me to dispute the charge with my bank or receive a gift card (which, no thank you after this experience). I'm completely dissatisfied with the customer service. I will say I still like the products - but the customer service experience was terrible!

i ordered a dress online. It was delivered to the wrong location. ive been calling customer support every day for a month and no one answered. i send them multiple emails and oncourse they will not reply. its really frustrating because i spend $350 and they cant even answer the phone.

Friendly, fun and welcoming. I was just casually browsing for a wedding reception dress and I found the perfect one here (the Knowles dress) thanks to Kennedy and Sarah. I was blown away by their fantastic service and recommendations and I'm so happy I thought to pop in! I've never even shopped at Lilly before but because of this one visit and this fantastic team, I'm a new fan.

I liked the selection of clothes and accessories. I deducted one star for two reasons. 1st, the colors were too bright for the fall collection. 2nd, the staff wasn't very welcoming.

I ordered multiple pieces and placed multiple orders in July. I paid for expedited shipping. One of the shirts never made it to me, so they sent me another one (at this point two weeks later). The shirt that was sent to me has a water stain on the front of it. Up on emailing to advise of this issue, I was told I could send it back for a refund or for an exchange. At this point, I am so tired of dealing with this, it's been nearly a month! Poor customer service for the price of the clothing.

Still waiting for my refund after 20 plus days! Email and customer service are the worst. I keep getting the same reply and canned response that doesn't even relate to my questions. Worst company ever. Stay away!

I like there clothes but I did buy a crossbody purse in December. It is pretty. The purse is falling a part. I called them so many times and it was so hard to talk to someone. I finally got to talk to someone and they said to send a email with pictures. So I did and they did tell me that it would be up to a week before they would get back to me. So ten days passed and now they said give it a little longer. I did do what they said. Still did not hear anything so I called them up and finally talked to someone again. She tells me that there is a 90 day return policy, Which is fine but it is just over the 90 days. I do not think that the purse should be falling a part after 90 days. To make me happy she gave me a 15% off my next purchase. That did not make me happy. I think they should help me a little more than that. I would like a new purse. It is terrible what we have to go through.
