Great customer service from my friend that helped me the two times I’ve come here. The first time I couldn’t decide on what I wanted and I had a refund to get for something. Came back and they helped me out and I got exactly what I wanted. :-)

I was really amazed by the customer service! Becca and Andrea (I hope that’s how you spell it) helped me out and they are quite literally the best employees ever!!! I legitimately can’t stand shopping, especially jean shopping, because I’m super picky, but they made my experince so fun and warm. I was trying to find jeans for my new job, and they just went completely out of their way to find every possible dark indigo option, gave honest feedback, and hyped me up in the dressing room. I’m not one to usually leave reviews, especially for clothing stores, but these girls definitely deserve recognition!! They were so funny and kind!! Plus I’m pretty sure it was Becca’s 2nd day and Andrea’s 1st month working there, so props to them for being so knowledgeable and professional. Yay!! Great job Levi’s! New fav spot to shop?

I bought 2 pair of jeans today both ladies were wonderful and great I did a bit of a shopping went to a competitor but because of the incredible service I received I got my shopping done at Levis give both ladies a raise in their salary

Unfriendly & incompetent staff. I & my daughter selected merchandise to buy and waited at the counter for a very long period to pay but no one came. The staff was busy with other activities in the shop. The staff girls were selective in entertaining customers. They should realize that it’s a merchandise shop and not a restaurant where they will get tips.

Place is clean, well staffed, well organized and very nice selection of styles and an excellent sale. Most of all, we were assisted by Afton who provided us with superb service. Keep it up and thank you.

Went in for last minute Christmas shopping; was having some trouble finding the size jeans I was looking for but thankfully there was a super helpful associate! Sam helped me find exactly what I was looking for!

It was 6:35pm and they wouldn’t let me try on another size. I have lost a bunch of weight recently (not wanted) and this made my shopping experience even more difficult than before. Levi has lost my business and I hope the girl at the dressing room considers treating people with kindness next time.

Return for refund was arranged in a fast and professional manner. Also, the person who helped me got a lot of knowledge about Levi's production. Sorry, I don't remember her name, but she was great, she helped me with return and in the meantime trained a new sales person.Thank you!!!

The gentleman that helped the few times is always helpful and polite. The only Levi’s store I will go to when I need jeans.

Clean, well organized, and well stocked. In women's jeans there wasn't as wide a variety of styles as you might find with other brands, but that's a criticism of Levi's in general, not this store.

I agree with the reviews. I won’t come back to this store. I came in to browse and a male employee said hi to me, but the female employee then embarrassed me and said - “ma’am, you can’t be here.” I was wondering what she was saying, but I saw that I walked in the middle aisle, which I found out was the cashier desks. I said my apologies, but the way she loudly said it embarrassed me. Put a divider on the cashier desks next time - it looks confusing the way they are currently.

The people here are very rude and possibly discriminate against certain customers. I walked in and spoke and the employee at the front just looked at me and said nothing. Then when a white family came in behind me they were greeted and were asked if they needed help. Yes I left immediately and will not ever return. This was on 10/24 around 11:05am

Very nice levis store I found what I was looking for. The girls that work there were very helpful they help me to found my sizes. I even get 20 % off for sing up on their website to get offers.
