“I recently had my full basement re-carpeted and I could not be happier. I went through Costco who contracts with Aladdin Carpet. I was contacted by John Tangonon who walked me through the process. He was prompt, courteous, and knew his products. I selected a carpet and he put the rest into action. The workers that handled the install, led by Ariv, were terrific. They got right to work, moved furniture, disassembled the bed, then put all back when finished. They were courteous, left the area spotless, and the carpet looks beautiful. The price was excellent too!”

“The GBC team did a fantastic job on our kitchen and master bath remodel at the same time and in time with project projections. Yaprak was our designer and she worked with us to select all the materials and finishes, from countertops to door handles and everything in between. Her suggestions and observations aligned with our design tastes for a wonderful selection (with one small exception when late in the process the tiling we wanted for the shower inset became unavailable.) Carlos Solorzano was our on site project manager. He was communicative, attentive, responsive and respectful. A consummate professional! We lived in our basement during the remodel so it was stressful but Carlos did what he could to alert us to what was coming next and prepare for the workers who would be inhabiting our house. Abraham was the leader of the work crew. He and his team worked quickly and with care. Overall a very positive experience with a beautiful outcome.”

and Bath (MKB) to remodel our bathroom based on: an excellent in home-consultation with the
highly competent architect/designer; a meeting with the easy to deal with, knowledgeable,
conscientious and attentive project manager at the MKB showroom; a convenient location
(accessible by mass transit); a reasonable cost estimate; and furthermore they had excellent
reviews. The remodeling process was efficient and consisted of: our choosing of items which
were ordered and stored by MKB - followed by the remodeling work itself - during which both
the project manager and the team of workers were responsive and cooperative with our insistence
on attention to details; and the finished work was in fidelity with the design rendering. Thus

“My Kitchen & Bath did a renovation for a neighbor who called it one of the easiest home projects on her long list. After considering several contractors, I chose My Kitchen for three bath remodels, and the overall experience was good with beautiful results. The design staff provided helpful and welcome guidance. For example, when I was eyeing a bright white cabinet, Nomi noted that my home was full of ivory and cream tones and recommended a champagne white that worked out perfectly. The work crews were amazing with such knowledge of their trades and attention to detail. The project manager Ata and crew manager Claudio were available when needed and their responsiveness and expertise were appreciated. I will happily refer others to My Kitchen. Attached are before and after photos for one bath, where the old low maple cabinet was replaced with champagne white and quartz, plus glossy Urbano Crema tiles up to the ceiling. In the second bath, an old tub was replaced with a walk in shower (now I just need to decide on a mirror!).”

The only issue I have is that they have a voicemail system but have no access to it so they will NOT get your messages. You have to go in person and they are very busy, under staffed. But, once they take care of you, they are very dedicated and superb!!”

“We have bought two appliances from Bray and Scarff at the Arlington location since moving into our house 6 years ago. The first was a refrigerator - and it was excellent. We went to the store, had a helpful associate show us models, and - boom - a day later had a new refrigerator.Where Bray and Scarff really shined and impressed us, however, was with our recent stovetop purchase. I won't belabor you with the long story, but the TLDR is that we had tried for months to buy a new stove top from an associate at B&S -- and it was dismal. Endless emails back and forth. We paid for two measurements. And we were constantly chasing the associate.I was about to give up, but then a new associate - Ali - stepped in to help me. WOW What a phenomenal change. Ali was thoughtful, fast, and driven to help us get the stove we wanted. He responded to emails and texts within minutes - not weeks. He got the measurement perfect, communicated very precisely about the details, ordered our Wolf induction stovetop within a few short days (as a pose to MONTHS without ordering from the prior associate) and the second things were delivered, scheduled our install. He was also thoughtful and consultative - not pushing us in one direction or the other, but really helping execute our desires.The crew that did the install was also excellent: kind, thoughtful and were clearly experts. They had to cut about an inch into the countertop, remove parts of our internal cabinetry, and had to do complex removal and setup of the fan system from the crawl space. They did the whole thing in a few short hours and ensured cleanup was done properly.Ali and his team are absolutely amazing. If you go to buy an appliance at B&S - ask for him. You won't be disappointed.”
