I had an exceptional experience at Kiehl's thanks to Daniel and Sam! They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect cream and serum for my face. Their knowledge about the products was impressive, and they took the time to understand my skincare needs. Very kind and patient, making the entire process enjoyable.

I went to the store today, my experience with the staff was extremely bad. She was very rude to me when i told her my account has been debited twice. She asked me to leave the store. A brand like kiehl’s should train their staffs to handle customers or else you will keep losing customers! The lady who spoke to me is not fit to be in service industry with such a bad attitude!

I've been shopping at this store for the last three years. I am glad to be able to leave an honest review. The only downcheck is the review police on their website. Their products are extremely good and perform well beyond expectations but the review police will not tolerate any criticism or methods of use outside of their view of what the product should be used for. This is a problem because they provide generous examples of their products but do not provide directions of use. I get creative, and when that happens, they will not publish my review. It gets annoying.

I am a regular customer and today (02/21/2023 3:25pm) I had the worst customer service ever. I came to this store to get my vitamin C eye serum and I was asking for new products, I would have loved to see what’s new and try some samples but she (representative) really didn’t seem like she wanted to talk to me at all about anything. I had to asked twice what products recently came out. When I walked in to the store she was just there doing nothing and the other guy was the whole time on his phone. Employees like them are the ones who really kill a bussiness. Do not come to this store to deal with lazy staff, their are not interested in offering a good customer service. If you need products from this brand go to Bloomingdale’s or Nordstrom. It was an uncomfortable experience to be honest!

Since several great Kiehl’s representatives have left this location, visiting Kiehl’s Tyson’s corner is a ridiculously painful experience. I was introduced to Kiehl’s as a member of Equinox gym in Brooklyn Heights NYC over ten years ago. Kiel’s is the signature brand of Equinox used in the guest showers and many of the massage and skincare specialists at that time used Kiels for some of the best facials I’ve ever had in my life.Having to leave my beloved NYC after the pandemic, I thought I’d be able to continue my self nourishment by replenishing my Kiels products at the Tysons corner location. Ever Since the wonderful skincare specialists all left the company, the people who tend the store now could care less about anything.Today I went in to buy several items and the sole person working in the store was on her phone sitting in the back of the store. She didn’t greet me and when I showed her an empty bottle of lotion I’d brought in asking where I could find them, she shot me a smirky look and said what are you talking about?I replied calmly behind my mask,”Could you please tell me where I could find this lotion?”She rolled her eyes and said, “You have it in your hand.”I took a deep breath and said,”This bottle is mine. It’s empty. I’m looking for the replacement.She rolls her eyes again points to the lotion and goes back to scrolling on her phone.Look, I know people are mean to retail workers. I know working retail is a s*itty job. I know people are rude and awful… but I’m not. I absolutely love Kiehl’s. I love their products so much I wrote a short play about Kiel’s Lotion that we were going to produce off broadway during the pandemic.I love Kiels so much when I was in Paris for a month made sure I went to Kiehl's Paris Rue de Tiquetonne and Comptoir Kiehl's Galeries Lafayette where I was greeted with kindness, joy and dare I say a skin care professional who took pride in their job. The individuals at Kiel’s NYC and Paris take pride in their products. Asking what products I like, what does my skin need, how can the help me. These simple questions make me feel taken care of and I recriprocate by buying more than what I originally intended to buy every time. Kiel’s Paris and NYC folks always share all kinds of samples with me to entice me into new product lines.This chick, after fumbling with the cash register for a while said, “Oh, there’s samples of everything over on that wall.” With a wave of her hand. No explanation as she glared at me waiting. I asked for an Item, she checked the bin and said, “We’re out of that.” I asked for an old stand by, she gave me one. I had spent enough to warrant several samples but I just wanted to get the hell out of there.As she handed me my paper receipt she looked at me and smiled and said, “Happy New Year?” I said thank you blankly turned and walked out of the store again reminded why I should just plan ahead and buy my Kiehl’s products online, or when I’m in NYC…or Paris.Kiel’s Tysons corner kicks rocks. If you want a horrible shopping experience… go there. You have to give a star in order to post a review. My star rating is negative 3 stars.

This store has the worse customer service I've ever experienced with Kiehl's. I go into the store to purchase products and am waiting for 30 minutes while the cashier figures out how to ring up a customer. The line is getting longer and longer and there's no one else to ring up other customers. Then I decide I will place an order online to pick up and I arrive to pick up my items 2 days after receiving the notification that my order is ready for pick up. I drive 45 mins to Tysons Corner Kiehls and am told my order can't be found and I have to wait an hour for the manager to come in to find it!!!! I call customer service to cancel my order bc apparently they cant cancel it in the store and im told they cant cancel the order either!!! This is the worse experience by far I've ever had and I will definitely not be back!!!!!

I stopped by the Kiehl’s today since I was already at the mall and I received the worst service ever. I purchased few items and left the store, feeling I should’ve made my purchase online. I, a customer, was the worst inconvenience that ever walked into their store. I would think again before going back there.

I've been using Kiehls for many years. The products work well on skin (black male). I wish they offered vegan skin care and came out with more products frequently.

The products are fine, but the employees need customer service training. This is why more and more people are switching to online purchases. No time to deal with undertrained employees who have limited knowledge of the product offering. Not going back into this store.
