I was trying on some display shoes and got yelled at for it. I thought since it was my side why bother the girl at the desk. Not very good customer service skills.

Ran out of time to leave this the other day-Shout out to the two women at this location today. I had my 2yr old with me and there was some crazy person yelling and chasing people and eventually started slurring “I’ll kill you!” At random strangers. I ducked in this store and my son was confused and you guys immediately made him feel fine. You might not have seen it, but he wasn’t a happy camper right before we stepped in there and y’all gave him some stickers and shared good vibes, so thank you so much!

Shout out to Milton, who gives great customer care at store 343 Tyson's Corner, who tracked down pink Ugg Tazman slippers for my Daughter's-in-law Christmas gift! He really went out of his way. I bought the reds as a second choice, but he found the pinks and had them shipped to the store for me to exchange on another day.I may win Best MiL but Milton Definitely wins Best Sales Associate I have a new favorite shoe store. Shout out to Nordstroms associate too because they sent me to this Journeys shoe store upon realizing that they didn't have the slippers.

They are extremely dirty. I went inside and didn’t even need to examine the store to see cockroaches, I just moved to the area and I’m extremely horrified by that. Also the workers were very rude I told them that and the one of the workers proceeded to sarcastically say “I wanna apologize to you for what I did it was very wrong and I am very sorry. I just would like to move on and lead a normal life “ . If I could give this place zero stars I would but that isn’t an option.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and polite. The store was clean and had a variety of shoes and tshirts for all styles. Would definitely check with them 1st if I go shopping.

The store Manager Rod has sexual disrespected my niece! She was a former employee of the store and He spoke constantly about her body shape ! He is 28 years old and my niece is 17 as you can see my deep concern for this individual to maintain his title at the Journey store! Living in the society now we must protect our children, this individual has proven he is not worthy to be able to supervise young women ! I am very displeased with this situation at hand!!

I work in retail at Tysons Corner, so I get it.. It can put you in a bad mood sometimes. But dude, it's your job. I walked in, no greeting whatsoever. I just wanted to buy a pair of socks. I identified where they were kept, saw a cute pair that I liked. They looked about the same size as the tons of socks I already own. I asked one of the guys who worked there if I could checkout now. Upon seeing my selection, he goes, "these are for you?" With a disapproving face. I was thrown off by this question, but I confirmed that they were. He asked what size shoe I wore. Again, why are you asking me this.. just let me buy my socks and go.. I told him, "Between an 8.5 and a 9, why?" He immediately said, "these will NOT fit you. Women's and men's sizes and back there. I'll take the next customer." Ok, I get it, if you were just trying to help me with my purchase then maybe say it in a way that didn't leave me so utterly offended (which I never get offended in retail). What makes it even worse, is that when I got home and went to the journeys website, the socks were listed as fitting between a size 5 and a 9, so they would have been fine.. I will never walk back into a journeys store, nor would I recommend anyone else to do so. Another note, I never leave negative reviews. I am also not one of those customers who think that employees should drop what they're doing and kiss the floor I walk on.. but when I'm not causing any trouble and I'm just being nice, trying to buy an item, you should just let me (and not be so mean about it).

The worst experience I have had in a shoe store!!! The man that was attending didn't even say hello or any form of salute, they entire time i was waiting for some type of attention so I could try some shoes, the salesperson ( a man ) didn't even bother to look at me or show some kind of worry for my concern. The only reason I'm never coming back to this store is because of his hospitality service. This store is located at the Tysons Corner mall, so if you ever want to go this store, please do yourself a favor and avoid having a bad service experience.
