I used to love coming here often but lately when they combined men section. I do not come often as used to be because I do not see many sales. Now I go to Georgetown for the Sales because they still have the section for Sales. Due to the commuting, I order online more often. If you come to the store and ask for help, I highly recommend looking for Flor. She is my top notch favorite staff!!!! Super sweet, extremely lots of patience, and she is always happy to help. She speaks Spanish as well so it makes me super comfortable to talk with her and her honest opinion when you try ons!!!! :) Because of her, it doesn't stop me to come by sometimes now! :) :) I suggest to shop during weekdays. Weekends is too busy and the staffs are not the same during the weekdays. Just my cents for a great experience when you leave the store. :)

It's decent. Wasn't sure if the staff were going to ignore me because at a different store it was not great today, but despite it being pretty slow in the store after the holidays the staff were helpful. When you're trying to compare black pants to other black pants it's pretty difficult but the sales woman understood what I was looking for and seemed to know the styles well. Thanks for that!

The staff was really unfriendly towards returning online items:1. impatient2. not scanning the tag of the item but the package3. when made a mistake of the items to be returned, blame the question onto the customer4. take forever to solve the problem with phone “on hold”.This is sharp contrast to my experience with holiday shopping return with all the brands today. It definitely hurts the brand experience. Not feeling like a quality brand anymore.

Pretty bad customer support with return and exchange. I felt the assistant didn’t want to be there and had to endure through the process. You could hire better people by being the level of brand you are, or, I should mentally downgrade the brand to below Ann Taylor now.
