I just had my first custom suit made, and I'm really impressed with how it turned out, thanks to Abdul. He took great measurements and made a few tweaks after the suit arrived, making sure it fit just right. He was super friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Really happy with the final result and would definitely recommend him and of course Indochino.

Quick shout out to Abdul at Tyson’s Galleria! Just got out of my final look appointment and I’m thrilled to say I felt a red carpet treatment under his care. As I arrived on time for my appointment Abdul was waiting and ready to start. He was very pleasant to work with. He made several suggestions but always left it up to me to decide what I wanted without any pressure. Thanks to Abdul the fitting experience was stress free and relaxing. I feel like the overall experience was exceptional. I’m currently waiting to receive my suite. Fingers crossed.

Got measured here for a shirt I wanted to wear at my wedding. Despite me telling him to make my arms longer, the sleeves of the shirt were still short when it finally came. It also came from China so I would never shop here ever again.

It’s a nice looking shop and the fit (sport coat) was pretty good. In my case, the design I ordered wasn’t followed (they input the actual order days after I left) and then the staff didn’t really want to help when I brought the jacket in to the store with the tags still attached. Even with the final fitting.. once they heard there might be an order issue, I was left to stand in the corner of the shop for 20m as staff suddenly became too busy.
I think the finishing details on the jacket were pretty cheap-feeling as well; not what you’d expect from a custom separate. Don’t get me wrong, it’s pretty decent and I’m definitely going to wear it. They just set a bar of expectation that I think isn’t their true output.
KnotStandard is probably the better choice and experience for top to bottom custom, even if slightly more costly and less convenient.

My first time getting a custom suit measured to my body. I didn’t see any appointments online for the time I was looking for, but fortunately I spoke to an associate named Camille on the phone and was able to make an appointment as a “walk-in” the same day. The process is very straight forward, and refreshing! You start with picking your fabrics, pick jacket and pant options (or other depending on what you need), get measured, then that’s it! But what really made the process great was Camille! she has a great personality, was patient, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Camille!

I had an exceptional experience at Indochino Tysons Corner, VA, thanks to Alex the store manager and Wael Mouhsine. Both were incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure my custom suit fit perfectly, even expediting the alterations to meet my timeline. I highly recommend this location and its outstanding staff!

My second order is for 2 suits and 4 dress shirts and had terrible customer service.
Show Room Advisor:
The Show Room Lead at the front just wants to have less work and doesn’t care about customers. He just wants you out of there. He says “oh that looks good to me” just so he can move on and dont care about the look. Poorly trained. Not actively listening to understand the concerns. Responds to argue.
Quality:
One of my suits material is inferior, has many threads pulling out and doesn't look like the showroom cloth I picked.
Tailor:
Same attitude with the advisor, just wants less work done and isn't really motivated to do alterations. Not actively listening to understand the concerns. Responds to argue.
