Karen and Andy Briscoe were absolutely the BEST! We have bought and sold several homes and had several realtors, but Karen and Andy are TOPS! They far exceeded our expectations. They helped get the right contractors to get the place fixed and were able to get it on the market the minute we were ready. No grass grows under their feet. The house sold in two days. We worked with both Jenny and Sue at KW HBC Group and they knocked it out of the park. We gave them incredibly specific criteria for a new house, and after working with us for 9 months, they found us an off market property on our desired street, helped us put together a very creative and strategic offer package, and got us our dream house with every single feature we wanted for below market price. On the sale side, they really go the extra mile - they present ongoing, detailed competitive market analysis, they have a stylist come through your house to advise you what changes to make to get top dollar for your listing, a features specialist comes to make sure they highlight everything great about your home, they have shiny full page brochures printed and ready for prospective buyers, they have social media videos touring the house, and your listing gets a ton of traffic. We had a challenging, unfortunately-timed issue with one of our utilities and Jenny and Sue still got us multiple offers with escalations by being upfront, honest, and communicative. They are so well connected in the community and work with top-notch local lenders and the best title company, which makes the less-than-awesome aspects of the home buying/selling process all that much easier. Additionally, they just know what they're doing - they know the market, they know the trends, and they are seemingly one step ahead of the pack at every corner. They're professional, they're communicative, they're accessible, and they have incredible insight into every aspect of buying, selling, and owning real estate. We highly recommend Jenny and Sue!

I had the good fortune of working with Karen and Andy to purchase a home in Arlington.
Working with them was the best home-buying experience I have ever had. We were to able to move quickly because of their relationships in the community and when we ran into a last minute hitch with closing, Karen solved it with a phone call. And they've continued to be helpful after closing, helping identify the best contractors to update my home.
I can't recommend them enough.
