Bad customer service ever. The Lady behind the counter un professionnel so slow I wanted to refund my purchase today at 12:03 she was soo roude.
I asked for refund but the system does not accept the refund I wanted to change but she wanted me to do the line again. Unrespectful manner from the manager and so Mad when I was trying to explain he did want to understand just talking from the view point of his employee soo roude bad customer service.Last time I visit this shop.

No surprise that the store only recently is getting bad reviews because of the store manager.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at this store was incredibly upsetting and unprofessional, especially due to the behavior of the store manager, Jeff.
Jeff was loudly yelling at customers near the fitting room, demanding they hang up clothes like we worked for him. He spoke to an elderly woman who clearly didn’t speak English in an aggressive tone, and also scolded two teenagers for not hanging up clothes—even after they apologized. It was embarrassing to witness and created a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
My sister had just made a purchase and realized immediately after paying that the item was too small. She asked to return or exchange it, and not only was she refused, but Jeff got involved and started speaking to us in a rude, threatening, and intimidating manner. He even said he would call security and told us to leave the store. I told him directly that his behavior was unacceptable.
Yes, my sister tossed the shirt out of frustration, but that reaction came after being disrespected and spoken to so harshly. It wasn’t aggressive—just an emotional response to being mistreated.
To make matters worse, all of this happened near the fitting rooms where there are no cameras, which made it feel like he was taking advantage of the lack of oversight. He was also loudly discussing employee schedules in front of other customers—very unprofessional.
On top of everything, the store was a complete mess—clothes all over the place, disorganized racks, and a chaotic fitting room area. The environment overall was unpleasant and poorly managed.
This was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had. I hope upper management takes this seriously, because no customer should be treated this way.

They closed the fitting rooms 25 minutes before the store closed. Why bother keeping the store open if we can't try things on. Seems to be intentional action to show store upper management that stores aren't making money later in the evening, so management should decide to close the stores earlier.
This is why consumers are going online, there aren't surly employees nor this blatant attitude of, why are you here. We would have bought several items here, but guess I will take my money else where.

An Employee opened the fitting room curtain while I was changing on April 19th 2025.
I had found two things I wanted to try on and so I went to the fitting room. One of the employees there told me to get into any of the curtained rooms and so I did.
After closing the curtain I began undressing to try on a dress when out of nowhere a petite, brunette employee quickly opened the curtain the shut it just as quickly realizing it was
occupied. There was no attempt on the employees part to verify if the room was occupied. I was mortified and incredibly embarrassed. I got dressed and rushed out of the dressing room embarrassed demanding to speak to a manager. He promptly asked what happened and which employee had been involved
I told him what happened and which employee had been involved which then led to him speaking to her out of sight. He extended sympathies on her behalf but beyond
that didn't seem sure what else to do. I asked why couldn't she come out and apologize herself to which he replied if Id like for her to come out and apologize.
When she came out to apologize, she did so unprofessionally making excuses and lacking sympathy. I dont feel comfortable shopping at this location and wont be back. I hope management
takes the proper measures to make sure this dosent happen to anyone else.

Women told us nothing left which beep at the exit.
when we got home. surprise. There is still a device which beeped at at the exit.
Dissapointing.
I need to go drive 40 +40 min again unfortunately.

Wide selection of clothes, for sure. However, the fitting room is DISGUSTING! This curtain is extremely filthy, probably they haven’t change/clean once. Also, a staff working here clearly has an attitude and is very unfriendly and unhelpful to customers.

If the store hours says the store closes at 9, then it should close at 9.

the guy who was the cashier in the men's section seemed disoriented and was very rude. he spoke in a rude tone and when giving back our change, he dropped it into my sister's hand carelessly and it fell onto the floor but instead of apologizing, he rolled his eyes... his behavior was very odd and i hope i never encounter him again if i ever decide to come back here.

I was going to put 2 but I'm scared the employee who helped me will find me and beat me Up.. that comment about the register girl being mean is SO TRUE! I went and I was low key scared-- for starters no one is in there so, it already feels creepy.. I had earphones on , listening to music minding my own business when all of a sudden I felt 2 googlie eyes looking at me but she wasn't just looking at me she was STARING AT ME, into my soul (a few other employees too, they just looked down, every sad) .. I smiled -and kept shopping. I'm done, so I go to the register and lo and behold my friend who just gave me the death stare a minute ago was ringing me up, very Computer like, no emotion .. I felt the COLD coursing through my body, very dark stuff.. luckily a nice customer complimented my hair so I felt "oh okay , nice day cool cool." and I turned back to the employee but She wasn't there , I mean she was there but she wasn't there... i just hope the lady next to me had a better experience.
