I appreciate Guess. I no longer purchase any leather goods due to person beliefs and being an avid animal supporter and to my surprise most of their products are PU and or faux leather. The reps helped me figure out what was in the scope of what I was looking for to make sure nothing I purchased used animal skins and I left with a luggage set and 8 full outfits. Thank you!!

Not even zero star worst customer service ever so rude Disrespectful, the manger is so rude and racist , No wonder why people don't want to shop in store. Staff is rude .. i was a loyalty customer for Guess but not anymore .

Worst guess store. The people working here are racist. Kept following me for a pair of sunglasses throughout my shopping as I was holding 2 pairs in my hand. I was asked 3 times if I put them back. The staff then went back to make sure I put the other pair back before I made my purchase. I did tell them I did not feel comfortable the way they treated me. Be careful a bunch of racists working here.

I used to love this brand and this store in particular. They were always friendly and attentive. However, the last few times I've been there it just hasn't been the same. It's certainly a hard time to work retail at the moment. I don't expect everyone to be cheerful all the time, but I feel it's been a marked drop from what that store used to be like.

the spanish manager in tyson mall is so rude. she doesnt have manner to deal with customer. while dealing with customer she talks about her son's flu shot even about her holiday. Guess authority should be taken care of.

It was my first time purchasing an item from this brand and this store and will be the last purchases, We bought a watch and just worn one time and my husband did not like it and they store manager was keep saying that it’s worn up and did not accept return, please don’t go there and don’t buy from this store. Worst experience ever.
