Samira the manager was super unprofessional and walked in on my boyfriend changing without knocking, then proceeded to be rude towards me when I brought up how she should have knocked. Absolutely ridiculous.

I love the Gucci brand. However the customer agents are rude and not what I would expect from a high end retailer! Customer service & quality should go hand in hand!! Someone give Gucci client services the memo. I having been waiting for a call from the Tyson’s Corner location for 45days. Told 24 hours. Per an alleged email from a manger to manger…I I expect integrity behind a brand. Epic Fail!

Horrible management. My husband bought me a purse as a present. I was unable to come to the store to change it due to sickness and other complications. I wanted a different bag and the store manager did not allow me to exchange since it was past the date to make changes. Last time we come to this store since they really don't care about customer service. Will return other purchases made for Christmas presents and will got to a different retailer.

The workers are always very welcoming even if you just wish to browse the store. They are welcoming and help you find whatever you need and are happy to answer any questions and talk with you! This location does not sell fine jewelry though but overall a great place to come to buy some beautiful clothes. The men’s fashion is focused more on street wear over timeless fashion but the women’s selection is great!

There is a reason for the 3.6 rating should be 2 stars. Do not purchase anything at this particular gucci store. Customer service is awful. Exhchanges and reurns are impossible. Sales people and manager are rude. I will never shop this store again. Just order online or go to any other store. Tysons is poorly run.

Worst costumer service ever!They took my glasses for repair and it is been over 2 months haven't heard a word. Called back multiple times, no one has a clue. They put me on hold for awhile. It is the worst to say the least.

Have been trying to return an item. Called 6 days after purchase as I don’t live near the store. They offered a shipping label for me to return but store needs to call me back. No call back. I’ve called over 8! Times over a 2 month period and no call backs. People on the phone keep saying they will call but they don’t. They won’t give me the direct number to the store either. But when I call the customer service number, they have no authority over the store and you can’t call the store. Seems like I’m stuck with an unwanted item. We will see what happens when I go to the store in a couple of days. I will update this review if anything changes.

Freeman is my favorite sales associate at this location! He is so nice and helpful! I recently went in for a belt I needed and also a silk scarf for an event, he took the time to help me go through the different scarf options that would best suit my outfit. Definitely 5 star customer service!

The store was very appealing; however, my experience was lackluster. The store manager who previously was employed at LV spoke to customers in a condescending tone.
