Gap's policy on no returns after thirty days is ridiculous. As a customer I have spent tens of thousands there as a credit card holder. In a capitalist society if you have your receipt you should be able to receive the value that you paid for the items (never worn, tags still in place). Instead of being able to exchange the items for sizes that fit, I was told there was nothing that could be done because it was beyond the thirty days. I was insistent about getting the same value for the items that was paid at the time of purchase. I want to thank the manager who dealt with me and was able to resolve the situation--thank you for your professionalism. Despite the fact that it was not one hundred percent to my liking--she was still able to resolve the situation. I want to say shame on the other manager who was also dealing with me for refusing to do anything and seemed to take delight in enforcing this pathetic policy. Though Gap does have items and styles that I like--I will have to consider taking my business elsewhere next time.

Customer service is horrible, their answer to everything is “they can’t do anything about it”. Don’t buy from here. Either way, this is probably why their stores are closing.

Love Gap, not this location. The store closed 2hrs early (before the mall). This is the second time this has happened to me here. How would someone know if they are going to randomly close early that day? I came specifically to try on jeans. A 45 min drive wasted.

Went to the register with 2 items from clearance area clearly marked at .99. Sales associate and manager refused to honor price saying it was marked wrong. It definitely was not a good experience and I’m pretty sure I won’t be coming back or referring this store.

We walked in at about 8:45 and the store only closes at 9. I had a few jeans that I wanted to try on so I went to the fitting rooms. As I asked for a fitting room, they said the fitting rooms were closed. I explained to the girl that id only take a few minutes to try on and then I’d be out of there. She argued with me and said she had to speak to the manager to see if she’d allow me to go in. By the time the manger arrived, she said there’s only 7 minutes till closing so I couldn’t try on my jeans. I also wasn’t the only customer that was declined. I traveled from West Virginia to do some shopping and was unable to complete my shopping thanks to the incompetence and total lack of customer appreciation. Shame on Tysons Gap. I will never shop there again due to staff. What ever happened to customer service and custom appreciation? Apparently they don’t need to sell anything in the store. I guess GAP has put a gap on that. ?

Gap has been a staple of sartorial excellence for as long as I can remember. Clean-lined, mostly good quality clothing that you can mix with their other brands. A gentleman who is a manager helped me and was courteous and patient.
