Tyler was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me find my size and was very patient. I ended up buying a sweatsuit that fit perfectly.

This store is 2 floors and they really don’t use the space well. It looks big, however the majority of that size is Vertical, it’s actually quite small on both floors and has a shockingly limited selection because of it. I’m not Crazy about the Gap as a brand in general. i don’t dislike them, they serve a purpose of filling “the gaps in your wardrobe” as their old slogan used to say with basic clothes and stuff, they just don’t really thrill me. This store however Takes the low bar I have personally set with the gap and Limbos under it, because they barely even do the wardrobe gap filling. Whenever I come here looking for something I need they never have it because they quite clearly don’t have the space. I’m honestly surprised it’s been here so long

A big mistake was my ordering online. The store did not have my size and promptly made an order, I paid and am waiting at the address of my order.
It was October 1st.
I received a message on October 8 that my order was delivered, but it is nowhere to be found. Then a request was left that there was no order.
Today is October 15!!!! No order. Money spent. Even the store already has my size. Gap, what's going on?

I am standing at the gate and the hours say opens at 10am. I had to call them to get them to open the gate. Only store not open.

Gap's policy on no returns after thirty days is ridiculous. As a customer I have spent tens of thousands there as a credit card holder. In a capitalist society if you have your receipt you should be able to receive the value that you paid for the items (never worn, tags still in place). Instead of being able to exchange the items for sizes that fit, I was told there was nothing that could be done because it was beyond the thirty days. I was insistent about getting the same value for the items that was paid at the time of purchase. I want to thank the manager who dealt with me and was able to resolve the situation--thank you for your professionalism. Despite the fact that it was not one hundred percent to my liking--she was still able to resolve the situation. I want to say shame on the other manager who was also dealing with me for refusing to do anything and seemed to take delight in enforcing this pathetic policy. Though Gap does have items and styles that I like--I will have to consider taking my business elsewhere next time.

Customer service is horrible, their answer to everything is “they can’t do anything about it”. Don’t buy from here. Either way, this is probably why their stores are closing.

Love Gap, not this location. The store closed 2hrs early (before the mall). This is the second time this has happened to me here. How would someone know if they are going to randomly close early that day? I came specifically to try on jeans. A 45 min drive wasted.
