I always shop here but this time the person at the checkout was very rude. He didn't spend more than 10 minutes with the customers ahead of me (that's what he's supposed to do) I told him I wanted to buy a nintendo switch game online and he told me he was busy and couldn't do it. I told him I've bought it before and it doesn't take that long. He still said he couldn't do it. I didn't ask anyone for a free game, I wanted to pay for it and buy the online version.The person at the cash register is named Johan, date 12/21/2023 at 08.24

There was only one employee there working while there was a long line around 25 mins. Bought my game but could’ve had more people working the register. It’s the holidays after all.

Despite being the only employee working -- and despite the constant noise of the mall and the rambunctious kids throughout the store -- the guy working last Saturday was amazing. Kind, patient, totally focused on us and making sure we were taken care of before he moved on to the next customer. Great experience and so happy to see legit customer service still exists.

Just had a great experience here. Came in looking for Pikmin for a physical Pikmin 4, although I knew my chances were slim. I was lucky enough to find a preowned copy! He wasn’t wearing a name tag but the Asian dude who checked me out was really nice and well informed about the games and policies. It was cute listening to him tell me about some of the new games coming out ^___^

I came to game stop and had such an amazing experience with Jonathan he was very knowledgeable and very kind and had an exceptional customer service im glad to come to this store and feel at easy as well as get all my questions answered. Very content with my experience I know who I will come to see when I come back. Thank you Jonathan.

The worst experience as an old customer of this store . This boy name Cameron and his manager Jonathan on the phone we’re the rudest people you could deal with as a business person . They sold me a socks that never removed their security tag . I had to go back to the store in a traffic to ask them to remove the tag . I figured they gave me half my items and charged me for two pair . After 15 min argue and back and forth with Jonathan on the phone they never gave a money they charged me for and didn’t give me the missing item .Absolutely ridiculous

Missing pre-order bonus (patches). Website previously said bonus would be sent with item, but now says must be picked up in-store while supplies last. Local store no longer has any patches, and said they weren't even sent enough for the people who pre-ordered in store.

Tried to buy a controller they had in stock, but the machine wouldn't take my Google Pay. Then tried to buy it online so I could pick it up at the store, but the controller, which they had rows of available, was listed as out of stock so I couldn't buy it.
