Chris Audino and the entire team at Tom Francis Real Estate Group made us feel like VIP clients. As first-time homebuyers we were so appreciative of their advocacy and advice, which made the whole process seem a little less intimidating. Chris in particular was super patient and responsive to our questions, often answering in minutes even on the weekend and on holidays to make sure that our concerns were addressed. He went above and beyond and we could not have asked for a better first home buying experience.

Business in a Business-Like Way with a Personal Touch:I most strongly recommend the Francis Real Estate Group to any and all who wish to sell their home. From the beginning of the business relationship, Tom Francis and his Team provided the best advice and counsel drawn from decades of experience in real estate. First, Tom provided economical tips for preparing our house for sale. In our case, painting and flooring along with handicraftsmen he has relied on for his own property; his recommendations made all the difference. Second, Tom worked within our fast-moving time constraints and sent his team into action. Diana Kost, the Client-care manager, assuaged our sellers' angst when needed, calming any and all concerns and arranging the photographer, et al., and communicating at every stage. Her written description of our property and the neighborhood were personalized, yet captured the advantages and prospects of life in Springfield. It was a gem. In short, Diana kept us aware and ahead of the process; there were no surprises, no drama. Tom consulted with us on setting the sales-price strategy, the start date, and coordinated the schedule of visitations and the open house. Over 60 such visitations in three full days took constancy and considerable due diligence which resulted in over ten offers. Tom really shined at this stage negotiating and distilling the offers down to two which made it easy for us to decide. As we moved toward closing the Francis Team kept us apprised of the dates and the monitoring of our communications with a strong settlement company using a secure e-mail system, and once again, ensuring we stayed ahead of the curve calming concerns regarding large sums of money. To their credit, we always felt as if we were their only client when we knew they were in the throes of a busy market, a most admirable quality that is only accomplished by the best of breed. There were many other little professional kindnesses and offers of help and encouragement along the way not mentioned herein. Tom and Diana were a GREAT help to me in selling my parents' condo in Northern Virginia. I had zero knowledge about selling a home plus I live an hour away so I was anticipating a very stressful experience. They guided me through every step of the way and were always very easy to contact (both by phone and email). We have purchased two homes with the help of the Francis Real Estate Group, and we were thoroughly impressed with Chris’ and Tom’s professionalism and knowledge of the area. Our second purchase was a more drawn out process as we had specific requirements, and Chris was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We never once felt rushed or pressured to put in an offer, and Chris was even candid with us when he felt a listing price was too high. Chris’ expertise, quick thinking, and responsiveness is the only reason we got our dream spot in a highly competitive market. Highly recommend these guys and their entire team of staff!

The Francis Group exceeded every expectation for effective representation and counsel during my recent move in late April and early May. The market was so hot that I could have enlisted the mail man to sell my house, but I am so glad I asked Tom, because it was just that hot market which required a professional more than ever to negotiate a successful contract on each end of my move. My experience with the staff, Diana holding my hand from afar, and Chris who was invaluable with the purchase of my new home, was also very positive. I practically have Chris on speed dial in case I have a question about my new house. Every referral that was made; for financing, moving, termite inspection, etc.., was equally dependable. What’s more, if I didn’t understand something in the referral’s area of expertise, Tom graciously stepped out of his lane (without stepping on toes) to explain it to me. I am grateful for my association with Tom and am happy to now call him a friend.

Tom and all his team were professional, friendly and responsive to a fault. Questions we asked by text, phone, or email were answered almost immediately. They know the real estate market in our area extremely well, and had contacts and experience that resulted in a sale happening in less than a week. Their communications with us and service continued after the sale. An extremely helpful, knowledgable, and service oriented company you can count on.

We had the best experience with the Francis Real Estate Group! Chris Audino was incredible! He answered all of our questions (and there were a lot!) and was always very transparent and responsive. He was patient with us while we navigated what we needed as we looked. He has a great personality because he is calm, friendly, and will give you good tidbits of knowledge to figure out the best decision for you. We felt extremely comfortable with Chris and appreciated his guidance in finding our home! The team supporting him is also detail-oriented and professional. They have formed great relationships with title companies and lenders to make the process seamless and ensure every box was checked (shout out to Diana Kost!). In a market where you have to get an offer in within 24-48 hours of list, they rose to the challenge and made us competitive and assured. We could not recommend this team more!
