My brother and I went to this store to purchase a pair of pants today. He is visiting us from overseas. We waited for one checkout line for 15 mins while 4 other employees in the stores doing not much. Below is what happened at the checkout after a long wait: the clerk asked my brother his email address. I said don’t worry, he is visiting from overseas. The cost of the pants was $30 on the price tag. However, when the sales person (apparently she is the stores manager) put it the system, it magically turned to $35 plus tax. I asked her: wasn’t the pants cost $30? She said it was $35 and brushed me off. I insisted on checking the price which was $30. For whatever reason she rang our purchase $5 higher than the actual on the tag. Instead of apologizing she continued to argue with me and tried to make me feel guilty for canceling the incorrect price transaction. Usually store managers have power to override prices, and this experience made me wonder what happens when people don’t check their receipts or price tags. I felt that she manually changed the cost of the item after we said he was visiting from overseas. I will not recommend shopping at this location, and will not be returning.

I have visited this shoe store twice and have been assisted by Jayla, a very kind and helpful young lady. I must say that she goes above and beyond to assist customers. Her professionalism is so impressive that I had to ask if she is the manager. She jumps in where ever is needed help

Don’t ever shop at this store. They advertise the wrong price on multiple shoes and then when you try to speak to a “manager” about it you will get laughed at in your face. Horrible customer service, wish I got the manager’s name.

I purchased my daughter a pair of shoes at JD Sports. When I got home she tried them on and they were too big. I went back to JD Sports in Tyson’s corner mall in Virginia, to do an exchange/return. The manager, Daryl Randolph, said the shoes had been worn outside so they couldn’t exchange or return. How does a manager know when a shoe has been worn outside compared to tried on to know if it fits, that’s pathetic. I don’t understand how one can know if a shoe fits to your comfort without trying it on and I’ve NEVER had an issue with exchanging/returning a shoe after it didn’t fit. This was my first time buying shoes at JD Sports and I will make sure it’s my last. Such a bad experience overall. I’ve never seen a shoe store with a crew of employees with such bad customer service and just ready to argue instead of giving you the appropriate assistance and help. I hope JD Sports does a better job at training their employees. I will never step foot in a JD Sports again and I will delete my account I just created. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS JD SPORTS THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY!!!

I went there this past weekend, and it was super busy! Despite it being packed, the staff was awesome, and really helpful with finding the right shoe for me and my wife.

Came to pick up early access shoes and a lot of the employees are super rude for no reason. Especially some guy with small dreads. He was super rude for no reason. Had 1 or 2 questions and he made it seem like I was bothering him.

The other employees were nice but the manager Liz backdoors pairs to resellers. I know employees are not suppose to tell customers about pairs but they have in stock, on the other hand, when this store is selling pairs that aren’t even available to “certain” customers that begs to question.
