After Months of saving up money and acquiring a ride to a fed ex
location I mailed my brother my dead fathers belongings. the clerk as if i wanted to require a signature I said no. they did not inform me that the value of the package changed this. he lives in a small town no place to hold the package.Tried to change the address to his work the Online system just froze I attempted 1000 time. no help with the 1800 no help when I walked to a new location and they just game me the phone that connected me to the 1800 number again. worst experience, and worse no one cares.

Employees are great but DO NOT go here for any printing services if you’re in a rush. It takes 15 mins to retrieve the print code. Happened both times I visited the location

Worst costumers service EVER, package lost and nobody take responsibility. After resending the package with DHL, it arrived immediately.

Lost package and nobody at FedEx takes responsibility nor cares. On 1/11/24 I went to this office to send important legal documents to an office in Boca Raton, FL. The package was sent with a signature required upon its delivery. The indicated delivery date was 1/16/24. When on 1/17 the package had yet to arrive, I called Fed Ex. Tracking online indicated the package had been delivered and included the name of the person who signed when received. The name indicated for this signature is not someone who works there and the receptionist at the office where the package supposedly arrived indicated the package had not arrived. When I called FedEx, the only solution given was to file a claim, which I did. The FedEx official from the Boca Raton office called me to let me know the package had indeed been delivered; however, the courier did not request a signature and just wrote a name of someone who used to work there. I asked if it was possible to track where else he had delivered that day to see if he left the package somewhere else. The officer told me he had emailed the couriers manager and that there wasn't anything else he could. That all I could do was file a claim. I contacted the McLean office where I had brought the package but they could care less. Their job was done and now I could just call FedEx to file a claim. They never offered to reimburse me for the price of shipping the package, to call the FedEx investigator (which I learned exist) here and in Florida to do further inquiry, nor to help facilitate communication with the Florida office in any way. I have called the FedEx number repeatedly and spoken to several people in faraway lands about this. They all listen, take notes, and say someone will follow up, but this doesn't happen. I called again today to check on the status of the case and was told it was closed, that the package had been delivered and that there is a video and a photo. I requested these and have yet to hear. If photos and videos exist every time, how come nobody pulls that up immediately and helps out? This company is horrible and would never recommend for anybody to send a package with FedEx again.

I sent 28 prints there to make posters, and they ended up repeating over half of my pictures or they were in the wrong orientation and got cut off. The prints were also supposed to be ready by Monday at 1pm, and when I went on Monday at 4pm they still were not ready. I returned the next day at 3pm and still had to wait a half hour for the prints.

I have never gotten out of here in under 30 minutes even for basic tasks. fed ex please open another location in mclean or Arlington!!! this place is THE WORST.

The assistant manager Tai is the worst, he is so mean and very rude and unprofessional. He would not look up FedEx accounts for customers when other staff are happy to lookup accounts. Never have I been treated so badly at a FedEx Location ever. I have always used FedEx in the past for printing and such, no more! The worst service ever! He absolutely needs to learn customer service and I am surprised he is even allowed to be in position of customer service.

The employees are attentive to detail and very courteous. I am highly disappointed in immediate and upper management. Who cannot adequately staff their store to take care of routine customers. You need to do better!

Perpetually understaffed and slow. Usually there is just one person around. Simply dropping off a package which already has a shipping label takes 15 mins. I've had this experience multiple times. Please learn from the UPS store around the corner which has 3 staffers and is in-and-out for dropping off packages.

The manager, Stephanie, was awful. We went in seeking help with blowing up some pictures for a funeral, she was not only unkind but hostile. Truly shocking experience and lack of empathy.

Trying to ship a Covid test on a Saturday. It took me three trips (!) to this store getting three different types of information till finally she said “it seems not possible during a weekend”. If there ever is a time one wants express shipping it would be for a Covid test. But, do not even bother … Instead, find a place who wants your business. Final point: it may very well be that - besides the lack of knowledge by staff, there is a nonsensical company policy in play also.

Great location in McLean, very helpful. They help you if you need it. The staff are always very nice and they help. Stopped by and only had 15 min to print my files, they helped me and i got out on time. Looking forward to my next visit

I like this location. First off the fact that it's "off the beaten path," makes getting in and out of it a breeze. This is where some of my more picky eBay customers, want me to use as the shipping company. I can't blame them, as FedEx tends to be the most reliable. Then again don't get me started on USPS, which I wouldn't be saddened to see go. FedEx does what they are tasked with doing, and quite often for less money, along with peace of mind. All of the employees in here are exceptional. They really have a good team, and have been the most welcoming of their establishments I use. It's nice to work with folks who have a good sense of humor, along with being dedicated at the same time. There are computers in here for a reasonable fee, and every shipping item you can think of and more. If you want to deal with the adults in the room, you'll want to conduct business here.
