Eugene Patrone was my realtor when my family and I were in a time crunch to move from Wisconsin so I could start a new job opportunity. He was literally on the phone with us almost every day for 3 weeks, showing us properties non stop and guiding us to places that would be suitable for my young family while also easy to commute to my job. He found us an amazing place and we are extremely fortunate to have had him as our realtor. Paul was fantastic every step of the way! He helped us understand different areas of Arlington, and provided a lot of valuable feedback which I would have never thought about on my own. We purchased the house remotely since we were not in the area, so he went out of his way to take videos of houses we were interested in and look at them in person for us.He was also very knowledgeable about every question we had, whether it was related to real estate, the different neighborhoods, good restaurants to go to.We eventually found our ideal house, and put an offer in. It was the first one we put an offer in for, so we were trying to not get our hopes up. Paul had a strategy, though, which succeeded in getting us the house before any other offers were even looked at!He went above and beyond, and we really appreciate all the time and effort he put into helping us purchase our new home. We wouldn't have gotten it without his expertise.

Paul Kim is AMAZING. We first met Paul at an open house and we were so impressed. Paul was helpful, realistic, and kind from the get-go. He was very responsive and always found time to check out houses. He went above and beyond several times - between creative ideas, encouraging us when we missed out on a house, and taking walkthrough videos for us when only one could attend the viewing. Paul was honest about our timeline and finding our unicorn property. He let us know about upcoming listings which was key to finding our dream home. We truly never would have found our beautiful new home without him and will be forever grateful! On the selling side, Paul was just as fantastic. He explained every step of the process and gave tips and tricks that helped us get an offer within 4 days of hitting the market! We had hoped for a quick sell but with Paul’s help it was faster and smoother than we could have dreamed. Through our buying and selling we also were able to meet Jenny and Megan, who were great as well. They really work as a team together and it helped us feel even more supported. We wholeheartedly recommend working with Paul and we rave about him to all our friends and family who mention house hunting!

Charlie Thies did an outstanding job selling our home. We were living out of state during the process, and Charlie treated our home like it was his own. He showed up countless times to get our ready for market, meeting painters, cleaners, landscapers and a handyman. We sold our home for the highest price point in the history of our neighborhood. We got connected with EXP and with Paul by a family member and from the start we knew it would be a great experience working with him. He knows the area very well, he takes the time to plan calls with his clients and he creates great connections with anyone he works with. Paul did a fantastic job helping us find our home. Megan and Team was recommended by a friend of ours. From our first meeting, we knew that she would be perfect for selling our house. She came prepared to discuss the market, the inventory situation, and gave us concrete ideas of what we could do to better market our house. We found her organized, knowledgable, client focused, and results-oriented. While we were undertaking house improvements in preparation for selling our house, she stayed in contact to ask if we needed anything, but was not over-bearing or trying to rush us. When our house was put on the market, she would phone us in the evening to report on feedback from potential buyers. Even after our house went under contract—it was on the market for less than three days—she guided us on next steps and always promptly responded to our questions and concerns. As a military family transitioning back to the states from Belgium, one of the biggest concerns was where we would live. Anyone familiar with the Military District of Washington knows that one of the most significant considerations in this area is commuting to/from work. Desiree Gribschaw took her time to understand our priorities and worked with us to find the perfect property. Before we landed back in the States, she had a list of properties to view to ensure we had as many options as possible. From finding the house to closing, Desiree and her team of professionals made the entire process easy. It didn’t end there though, even years after we closed, Desiree stayed in contact with my family. Once again, she made the process extremely easy. We sold our house and, within days after closing, had an offer in on our forever home. In both of my home-buying experiences, Desiree’s resourcefulness, dedication, and tenacity for finding the perfect home for us were above and beyond all expectations. Even after all of that, I would still say that one of Desiree’s best qualities is her understanding of the sense of community.

We cannot be more impressed with Meghan Fass and Justin Snyder from FASS Results. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. Under their expert guidance, we went from just considering selling, with 12 years worth of accumulations, to closing in under 4 months. Meghan helped us figure out how to make our home most marketable, to define a timeline that capitalized on the market, to negotiate an incredible contract, and we could not be more pleased with the result. Justin was the master in managing and arranging it all: movers; haul away service; obtaining multiple bids for home improvements; keeping the contractor on task; cleaners; staging, and more. He essentially walked us through every detailed step with his positivity and big smile and get it done attitude. Justin managed to take all the stress away from us and leapfrogged over the notion of going “above and beyond” many times over.
