The lady who was working the cashier on Sunday, July 19th, 2020 was extremely rude and unprofessional. I don't care how hot and humid it is outside you do not talk to customers with that tone of voice and disrespect. I have worked in customer service and barely seen behaviour along those lines especially for a grown lady in her 40s. If I owned or managed that gas station I would of fired that lady on the spot after witnessing what i saw/heard. I will take my money elsewhere. So what if it's 100 plus degrees outside you don't talk to people like that ESPECIALLY customers. You're a cashier, your job is to be polite and decent to everyone and even if you receive bad words from a customer you're still supposed to be cool and act professional regardless of the heat and humidity outside which are excuses. You're fired!

State inspection guy tried to swindle me. Lied to my face about an exhaust leak and blatantly tried to get work for the shop.I went down the street to another place and passed with flying colors. Screw this place their state inspector is a crook.

This location is now an Exxon which I am writing this review about. If I could give this 0 stars I would! I have a flat tire and went in asking them if they could help me out as I have my 2 year old in the car with me and he needs to get home so he can eat lunch. The man said he could change my tire and told me to go park at the side. I waited there for almost an hour and had to keep on asking him when he could change my tire as my son is the car and very hungry. He angrily told me that if I can't be patient then I can go to the gas station across the street! I was very patient with him but I was not willing to wait a couple hours with my 2 year old who was hungry in the car. He could have told me that he wouldn't be able to help me within a reasonable amount of time instead of having me sit there waiting in the cold with my son. He had other cars he was working on but none of those people were there and to patch my tire would only take a couple minutes of his time. It makes no sense to make a person wait with their young child in the car for so long and then to have them drive a car with a flat tire across the street to have the other gas station fix it. Terrible customer service ... terrible human being if you can even call him that. I will never ever go back to this gas station ever again. Go to Sunoco across the street as they will help you immediately and treat you with respect! Sunoco was able to get me in immediately and patched my tire which made way more sense than changing my tire to the spare! They did it in less than 5 minutes at Sunoco. So it's even more upsetting that the guy at Exxon couldn't even take less than 5 minutes to get me going and on my way so that my 2 year old didn't have to sit in the car for over an hour.

We are new to the area & were looking for a place that could replace a headlight in our Toyota Sienna. Despite having one less mechanic there that day, they fit me in between other customers, were finished within 10 minutes, & were very reasonably priced!! I was so impressed & will definitely return to this car care center next time we have any issues.
