Oh My gash terrible terrible place to shop, the guy on the floor yelling and screaming at people, like someone on the drugs , or don’t like his job, then the lady comes at the cash register starting talking with him ignoring customers that’s very very rude ! These are same people who complain about even try one else ! It’s shameful attitude people have but they are Not shamed of it! Cashier guy told me why Iam telling him about the the other guy?????? It’s very sad for the people who get treated like these people those are getting paid because of customers those buying from this store!!!!

The cashier looked at everything thoroughly and found lipstick mark on one of our return items, which was on it when we bought it and we haven't had noticed while in store, and he didn't accept the return; kept insisting the item has been worn, and no matter what we said he didn't process the return for any other items either. Then the manager came and said some more nonsense and wasn't helpful. It's really insulting to be treated like a liar over a bunch of tshirts!

During a recent visit, Kenny handling my purchase abruptly left mid-transaction without explanation. His sudden departure left both myself and his colleagues confused and waiting, disrupting the flow of the transaction. Unacceptable behavior!! Will not purchase clothing from this store again.

This review is not for a store it is for the website and phone app. I stopped wasting my time with their phone app which doesn't work and tried shopping online. After I attempted to login it said there was an error. BS. I ended up changing my password with the reset link 4 times but still showing an error. I can't create a new account with my email because they already have an account for me with that email. Also, the quality of their clothes went down hill since 2019. The hem of my pants unravels within a few months of wearing. This is at least 8 of my pants since 2019. Some of them I threw away because I don't have time for that bs. Also, the material for the current blazers sucks! It lacks structure, pills and snags easily, and stains easily. A "tailored" look blazer should not be stretchy and softy. If I wanted a comfy top, I'd buy a f@cking sweatshirt.

They lost a very precious object that I had left in the fitting room on accident and most likely threw it away instead of keeping it at least for a week in a list and found place.I went back the very next day and it was gone and the staff was very unprofessional and rude about the whole thing.I even called customer service and they proved to be completely useless and no emphaty whatsoever!!!...

Customer service at this location is next to zero. All three associates that we interacted with were absolutely unhelpful. The store manager was equally not responsive to the complaint. Figures, if the manager has no customer service skills, why would any of the associates have skills. Probably the worst Express store I've ever visited.

Holiday Season is here. Patiently wait to be checked out. Lady was very rude, sarcastic, and although she tried to help after I told her not to speak with me in such a manner she kept giving me an excuse. I asked to get a floor manager and not one was given. I use to work for express and this is not the customer service we provide our consumers. Whomever the general manager is pleas train your staff way better than that as it’s inexcusable.

Rachel was great in getting a suit pant in time for my son's homecoming that we were very last minute in shopping for. The entire store was clean and it was easy to try on things and find help.

My experience at the store was good, but the reason I’m giving a 1 star rating is because of one of the employees that work there (Asian guy that was wearing a navy blue suit jacket and chinos) was following me and my cousin around the store, it was super uncomfortable to have a person following me and my cousin around without asking us if we needed help with something, I work at the Factory Outlet at Woodbridge, VA, I get we gotta walk around the store but following people around is a whole different thing, it makes people uncomfortable, etc. it was almost like he wanted us to not touch the clothes at all, we’re supposed to create CONFIDENCE but how is someone going to feel if he/she has another person following them for a long period of time? I hope you get to read this. -Martin

Very rude cashier lady and manager. Unwillingness to listen to a customer is very unprofessional. You won’t go nowhere with this kind of attitude. I know retail jobs are stressful but there is no place for disrespect here.Issue: we brought a suit in-store and found the same evening that the same suit is 50% off online. We got that suit but we received a damaged one. Instead of shipping it back, we decided to return it in store and ask for that reduced price match due to timings issues of shipping back and forth.The cashier and manager at express store in Tysons were unwilling to listen to the whole story.They refunded the online transaction, took the suit back that was damaged but did not do a price match because they think that they did a 1:1 return but missing the point that we paid 50% extra because of not matching the price.Issue 1: It’s surprising that good brands like express are not doing quality checks.Issue 2: manager’s and cashier’s at this Tyson’s virigina store is adding fuel to it.I will spend my money where I get a good customer service and a quality product.Never shopping at express again and also at this specific store at Tysons should train their staff including manager on how to deal with customers better.There are so many other brands and stores I can spend my money at!

If I could I’d definitely give zero stars. Customer service is the WORST I have ever seen in my life. Cashier lady with cheap eye lashes and fake enormous nails was so rude with me and my husband over a simple question about a return. She was so arrogant, made me feel like I was begging for her help instead of her doing her actual job. I’m never coming back to the store. Hope she gets fired ASAP

I asked about the prices and one of the staff was rude. When I paid for the items another staff member at the register was also rude seemed like both didn't like their jobs but they shouldn't take it out on customers.
