They are really well intentioned and nice/polite folks, but kind of disorganized. I’ve rented from them 4 times this year and have been overcharged (“by accident”) twice, and they are always late when you request a pickup (sometimes up to an hour late). You kind of just have to have a ton of patience.

I AM WRITING AGAIN , AND AGAIN... BECAUSE ENTERPRISES RENT- A CAR is ignored my Claim....As a loyal customer of over 15 years, I have NEVER made any complaints. I believe I am entitled to respectful treatment and, at the very least, a response to my claim."I rented a car and after I returned . Was a charge for $150 extra to clean the car because they say they found dog hair, first they did not notify me of this charge and second, I did not have a dog in the car, and if there was dog hair it was very little, something that I carry in my clothe, after making the claim, everyone ignores the call and ignores and mocks saying that they will make the refund, and then days pass and I return to zero point in my claim, I have called more than 10 times and I have shown up at the office personally without having a serious response to my complaint. I have been a client of this car rental for more than 15 years and I do not deserve to be served in this disrespectful way.

The staff are friendly but they try to rip you off after you return the car, especially when the insurance covers your payment. They charge your debit card after you return the car under the name of toll, traffic citations and ……etc. Enterprise is the worst company for renting a car. The toll is $6.00 but you have to pay $66.00 and they keep charging $2.00, $5.00 or …. and finally your bank keeps updating suspicious transactions on your account. Never ever rent anything from them

A regular customer of Enterprise Rent-a-Car, I appreciate the level of service provided by its associates whether in Europe or the USA. It went to the point that in Tysons Corner, one of the Associates took me home. I have experienced though some issues with the cars, in particular in the DC area, where cars were not all very recent

After renting a car from Enterprise Rent A Car I felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I started the process until the end everything went smoothly and efficiently making it an enjoyable experience overall.I found their reservation website to be incredibly user friendly, intuitive and informative. It was a breeze to navigate providing all the details. The rates they offered were competitive and reasonable giving me value for the service they provided.However what truly impressed me was their customer service. The staff, at Enterprise were not professional but very friendly and approachable. They took the time to answer all of my questions ensuring that I fully understood the process and ensuring that I was comfortable with the vehicle before starting my journey.Speaking of which the car itself was in condition – impeccably clean and well maintained. It was reliable throughout my trip allowing me to enjoy a stress driving experience without any worries about the vehicles performance.Overall my experience with Enterprise Rent A Car exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Their seamless process combined with top notch customer service and maintained vehicles made it a memorable rental experience, for me.

My car was damaged last night and insurance made a reservation. I have family who I care for and must provide care to today, a child who has a birthday this weekend and I have to work. I had to have a rental. The employees at the Mclean enterprise called, refused to provide me service, repeatedly said they would not pick me up even though I am stranded, talked over me, were hostile and said I could just take a cab. I said very nicely and politely, please I have a reservation and must have the rental car today. Then the Enterprise employee said get a car next Tuesday.” I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to Suzie about how imperative getting a rental was today and that I have a reservation for today and she said “ I am going to make this very clear to you. You aren’t getting a car we don’t pick people up on the weekend. We don’t have the staff.” Then when I said I would have a family member take me there to pick up the rental car. The manager Suzie “I’m going to make this very clear to you. Don’t waste your time we aren’t going to give you a car.“ I said I have a reservation and I have to have the car today, Susie again said “I’m going to make it very clear you’re not getting a car.” I said so you are refusing me service for no reason? Susie replied “I’m refusing you service.” So I was refused service for the rental car insurance had reserved. No regard for their own policies, extremely poor service, hostile/aggressive employees who refused service, made very condescending remarks repeatedly and when I said I would report their deplorable service and actions the manager Suzie said great, go ahead. The motto of enterprise when you call is that they put customers first, will go the extra mile, have exceptional standards, and will give you a great experience. None of that happened at this location today.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting a car from Enterprise, and I must say it was far from satisfactory. From the get-go, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked the basic courtesy one would expect from a service-oriented industry.To add insult to injury, the rental process at body shop felt unnecessarily tedious. The pickup was time-consuming, and the staff failed to provide clear explanations of the delay, leaving me feeling frustrated and uninformed.All in all, my encounter with Enterprise was anything but smooth. The lackluster customer service, subpar vehicle based on class and unimpressive value for money make it hard for me to recommend Enterprise to anyone seeking a hassle-free and enjoyable car rental experience.
