Pros: 1.It is a boutique store run by only 2 employees. 2.Some of the baby dresses are beautiful and made from good quality natural fibers. Cons: 1. The team does not follow the store timing. I was here 2 times, and they were closed both times when they were supposed to be open. They admitted, that this is a chronic problem. If you want to shop here, I recommend calling ahead of time to make sure the store is open. 2. I was given a gift from this store, which I wanted to exchange. When I went into the store, I was asked for a receipt. When I explained this was a gift, I was told that they will be deducting 50% as a restocking fee. The item was not put on 'sale.' They were currently selling it for full price. When I didn't understand why there would be a restocking fee, I was told: 'This generous gift was given to you, it was free for you. You should feel lucky. You are being ungrateful.' The store does not PROVIDE gift receipts. So the purchaser could not give me a gift receipt. When I said they were being unfair, I was told they can be fair if I have the receipt. I was then told 'You are the problem.' I never experienced this kind of customer service.The customer service for returns / exchanges is awful. I don't understand why there would be a 50% restocking fee for clothing. I would also like to add, they also said they have a 30 day refund policy. I went to the store the first time within the 30 day time frame. But they were closed - they accepted that sometimes they close early. The 2nd time I went it was a little over 30 days. While the smocking dresses are beautiful, I would rather stop by Neiman Marcus right next door and purchase very similar smock dresses from 'Luli and Me' for half the price. They are extremely overpriced.

Fabulous experience! Contacted them for a duvet that was hard to find and they had it. The communication was excellent. Got back to me within an hour of my email. The customer service was even better. Super quick shipping. Could not be happier with my purchase.

Return policy not posted in the store when you make a purchase specifically during the holidays, made a purchase on the 12/19/2017 went to return the item after the 12/24/2017and was told it was past the 7 day return policy. When I made the purchase I explained to to staff the item was a gift for the holidays,no mention was made about the 7 days policy if anything staff became more pushy and said not to worry.

A very nice, boutique shop for extravagant linens. They have limited stock, but are happy to order you special colors, special sizes, etc. The salespeople are accomodating and pleasant. Everything from bedspreads to baby items, fancy wastebaskets and boudoir pillows for the home that already has everything functional. This is the perfect place to find elegant, embroidered guest towels for your weekend hostess or a quilted silk robe for someone very dear.
