Katherine is the type of young professional that understands the value of going above and beyond for a customer.
I made a particular request for the cleaning of my SUV that Katherine wasn't sure that she and her staff could complete, yet they completed it and them some.
I was pleased with the job Katherine and her staff provided, sold on returning to this location, and recommend that you ask for Katherine when you visit this location.

If there was a rating of 0, I would have rated this place 0. The service is the worst service you can get for a car-wash. They even didn’t vacuum the car. I purchased the flagship full service, which is the most expensive ine, and they even didn’t vacuum the interior of my car. Are you kidding? How this is possible. And exterior service is terrible, too. Stains are still on the car. They didn’t wipe the car at all. After I told them, I want to talk to the manager, the assistant manager himself wiped the car and vacuumed the car. The woman at the entrance is very rude and never responds you. I was told that the manager is on vacation but I will do my best to complain about her. She misinformed me, and didn’t get the car cleaned. How come they didn’t even vacuum and wipe the car even if a customer is willing to pay for the most expensive service. Please read Google Reviews before taking your car to this car wash and run away from this place without hesitation. The worst car-wash service ever.

Terrible service. These people want to scam you. Even though I purchased the Flagship Full-Service, they didn’t vacuum my car properly. I had to ask them to vacuum one more time after showing all the dust at the trunk and back seats. Their exterior service doesn’t clean simple stains on the exterior body of the car.

Having used Embassy for years, and seeing some bad reviews, I was hesitant but went to Flagship/McLean last week with an excellent experience: they've upgraded the equipment, which makes interior cleaning more efficient, and my car came out better than ever. A little more expensive, say some critics? Obviously. Do you live in a cave? Everything is more expensive. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating - unlike a few reviews I've seen here. If they speak English with a slight Spanish accent, so what!! I wonder how proficient the critics are in a second language, and I bet the staff are more polite than the customers that complain about this. I'll keep coming back and if I do find the service lacking, I'll review again. But until then, give them a break!

DO NOT GO!! Been a flagship membership for 2 years, and this is my first time been to this location. Worst of the worst, I never thought flagship car wash can accept a store poor line this.
First, you need other ones to drive your car to the dirty outdoor machine. Second, no towel to use. Third, no air gun and vacuum. You get your car dirty in and dirty out. Stop wasting your time to go this location with a very bad traffic.

They have friendly staff but they don’t do a great quality service - I complained about my car not being properly cleaned and they did the interior again but the whole result wasn’t that good as I paid for. I’d recommend to go somewhere else

I paid $44 primarily to get the rubber mats cleaned. The car was not especially clean - tires still dirty and floor mats were dirty and back ones just thrown on the seat.

Never will be back. I paid for the “flagship” service and they didn’t wash the mates because they are not rubber ones and did not return money. The will cheat you too
