I am an agent in Mr. Elliott's office, and he is a fabulous agent! Mr. Elliott coaches, teaches, and supports many of the newer agents. He is one of the most giving individuals - giving of his time, resources, and skills. He is also very honest. I would highly recommend him.

Elliott is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and just an all-around good human being. Years ago I met him at an open house and was so impressed I kept his contact info until my husband and I were ready to sell. When we were finally ready to make our move, he helped us sell our condo and buy a house in a very competitive market. It was extremely stressful, but he was supportive and cheerful throughout. We highly recommend him without reservation. He’s the best!

Mr. Oliva's lack of understanding of the current real estate market value is disturbing. We have submitted strong offers for a house on the market and, at this point, we are not even sure if the sellers know about them. His lack of communication and negotiation skills are reflected in his behavior towards the agent representing us. He does not respond to emails and text messages in an expedited manner. Mr. Oliva's realtor skills and knowledge is questionable at best.Mr. Oliva my agent, explained to you (based on our visit to the house) why both of our offers were below the asking price. Our second offer was just $25K below the list price for your situational awareness. You did not even bother to acknowledge receipt of our second offer; instead, behind the scene on the same day, the house's price was raised by $75K. We consider this action to be very unprofessional. Also, for the record, my agent is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience dealing with the current market conditions. Thank you for your response, and I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Elliott Oliva is Incredible!From start to finish, he was incredibly patient, thorough, organized and responsive. Elliott was always several steps ahead and all of his experience took an enormous weight off our shoulders! We loved working with him, as well as his team, and all of the contacts that he recommended!It was also overwhelming to think about making big decisions related to the home buying process, but Elliott was extremely helpful in simplifying the process, providing reminders in key decision points and keeping us on track/schedule.
