Within 1 day of contacting Richard: he was able to pick up my computer, identify my problem (a component on my power supply had burnt out and was creating a burning smell), replace my power supply, reorganize my airflow and cables, and return it to me. Never have I experienced this level of convenience with such a professional as this. I will definitely be contacting Richard again if I have any future issues with my PC or if I need any upgrades!”
“I needed to replace the batteries in my car key fob. Everyone I talked to wanted an arm and leg or simply couldn't do it, while Batteries Plus had a reasonable price and was able to actually put the batteries in the fobs for me, which I never would have able to do on my own. The gentleman who helped me, Mason, listened to my needs, made sure I got the right product, and didn't make a face when I asked him to insert the batteries in the fobs for me. He always helps me out and while I don't know what he gets paid, he deserves and raise and a better parking place!!”

“I had two CD players serviced with excellent results. The service was great, with good communication and very reasonable pricing. They were even kind enough to deliver the repaired product to my home. One note is that the store photo of the location on Google map is a bit inaccurate (at least as of July 2023). It is close by so simply call the shop if uncertain. I'm happy to recommend and will certainly be using their services again whenever needed.”
