Shoes are great. But costumer service sucks!! Do I owe you millions dollars? The two ladies are pretty rude and impatient!!! I would rather order online!

I'm a bit surprised at all these negative reviews. I ordered a pair of shoes online and wasn't sure about the size, so went into the store to try a different size. The ladies there were super helpful, knowing I wouldn't be buying anything but if anything making an exchanged. Not only were they helpful, but they also gave me some good tips. Kind of rare these days to get such great and sincere customer service.

We stopped by to glance at shoes in the windows. There was some sales going on and my wife wanted to get herself a pair of walking shoes and she wanted to get me a pair of working shoes. The two employees were very courteous and patient. On the contrary to other negative reviews. Don't know if we lucked out but Yusuf and Mulu K were great. My wife tried on a couple pair of shoes and they kept going to the back and brought us whatever we requested to try on.

Nice store , clean but can't use ecco coupons here. I was able to use ecco coupons in Vegas store.

If I could give 0 as a rating, I would. I used to wear Ecco shoes along time ago but for whatever reason, it hasn’t fitted me well in a long time. Recently, I found some shoes and ordered four, via online, since the regular store didn’t have my size. When I received the order at home, it came in three different shipments, which was odd. When I opened the boxes and tried them on, found one of the shoes didn't fit me well. I was out on errands today and decided to stop by the Tyson’s store to return the one shoe since it’s about 40 minute drive from home. When I stopped at the store to return it, both of the women that worked at the store was rude and unhelpful. I can’t imagine they should be speaking to the customers in the tone and in that manner. They found every reason as to why I couldn’t return it at the store and that I had to send it back to them directly. This is the last time that I will ever buy Ecco shoes. Worst company that I have dealt with in recent years.

Tyson corner store - worst people work there. That Asian person, she is useless, doesn’t know how to do customer service at all. Idk how company like Ecco hire these kinda people to run their store. I read most of the comments in reviews, they have same complaints. So disgusting.

I used to buy those shoes in Europe. I am so happy to be able to get it here. I also like that I can order it online and shipp it to the store. I try it there and then decide what fits and what not. The store is small. All the staff are very helpful.
