Very posh gym! Great deal if you get family plan. They have classes you can attend everyday and the classes are hardcore! Definitely worth it

Cypress Fitness experience is very positive. Have not experienced Cypress physical therapy- sorry! One recommendation for second floor- please mix up the music!
