I literally do not understand why they don't fill all prescriptions when sent over. I called ahead the day before (and received confirmation that they were all filled!!!!!!) because I wanted to guarantee my Rx would be ready for pickup as I live an hour away and they only filled ONE of them. the dumbass situation is making me switch my provider just to avoid having to come to VA since I live in MD and my provider can only Rx in VA

The staff at the pharmacy (not actual store) are incredibly rude and they lower their gate to close off the pharmacy much sooner than the actual closing time which is 8pm. If you ask them about it, instead of answering you they just pretend not to hear and walk around the back and ignore you. I’ve watched them do this on so many occasions and they are blocking out people with children or seniors. I understand you want to go home but blocking people off before closing time is messed up. We aren’t coming to you for fun, but rather to pick up medication, so we don’t want to be there just as much as you don’t want us there. Anyway- Walgreens down the street has great customer service as I often pick up my parents prescriptions from them. Will switch.

I recently moved to the area and had a question about my prescription. I submitted my inquiry through the CVS app, and Claire from CVS pharmacy responded within just 30 minutes! I really appreciate the prompt and helpful service, thank you!

As I have stated every week for years, after going to the McLean CVS, the productes are always excellent and the personnel are totally supportive and beneficial.

Please, they should hire competent staff. Not people who, instead of helping, try to make you lose the few cents you save. Now I went to CVS and Mr. Bhuban helped me. I told him I would only use the 20% that I have on my card and I used my $10 extra cash and I told him I would return the purchase and he made the transaction, returning only $4.63. Is it that the cashiers don't know how to add or is it that they think that if CVS puts the offers on, we don't deserve those savings? Bad bad bad

I want to give this place a negative score if I could. My pediatrician gave me a prescription for "2 supplies" of "2-pen" units of Epi-Pen. Then this pharmacy only gives one box of 2-pen Epi-Pen! I called them to confirm what the prescription said, and they failed to recognize they made a mistake and just bluntly said: yes, I read 2 supplies" of "2-pen" units as a box of 2 pens. And even had the audacity to tell me to just call the doctor to send another prescription! They made a mistake and they know it! But they said they did nothing wrong. This is outrageous! Going here is a total waste of my time!

Sure sometimes the staff can be sort of rude according to some of these reviews but that’s not frequent, the Pharmacy and their Pharmacist are great and nice people to me when I asked how I can get this prescription medication since it wasn’t in stock at this CVS Pharmacy so they gave me useful information on how to get it in a different pharmacy, and it worked since I picked it up the next day. Helpful Staff at the Pharmacy
