Fitting room has been closed every time we visit for months! We never get to buy anything because we've never been able to try stuff on.

Horrible experience. Bought boots for my daughter a month ago. They just fell apart after wearing them for 2 weeks. Cheap quality. Took them and some other clothes back and the manager flat out refused to exchange them. The clothes had tags and I presented the receipts. The personnel is rude and not willing to accommodate customers. They treat you as if you are some low class citizen.

Good selection of clothes & I was happy to find a brand I liked but customer service was not very good & they have a shadey exchange policy. I’d avoid shopping here.

I really love the clothes and selection of items but the staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I ended up buying 4 shirts and 2 sweaters. The employee shoved the clothes into the bag and did not fold them at all. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy just the usual neatly placing of items in a bag so they don’t get folded. I have never seen this at any store ever!

I went shopping yesterday to find my daughter some new clothes and I have to concur with the last review. The cashier Jasmin wasn’t knowledgeable of any promotions. I almost felt profiled and I have shopped at cotton on in other states never had this issue nor did I have it at this mall.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. The workers don’t smile and were giving me a hard time about an exchange and return. I was sold a top without a tag on it not even 30 minutes before and noticed it was ripped. Somehow wasn’t able to return it?????MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE. I also noticed the top in my size in a different color on the mannequin and i asked if i could exchange for it and they said no not unless they replaced it. it was a plain top that just makes no sense how u cant just put a different one on there. it was also displayed on another mannequin so there were 2 of them on mannequins but i couldnt get either of them like what. Abby is a new worker there and was so sweet and tried to accommodate with my situation she was the nicest worker in that store. This store will not be getting any of my money in the future. If i could give this 0 stars i would but shoutout abby you’re the reason why there’s a star on this.

I have been in this cotton on many many times and I have yet to meet a nice worker. I understand people have bad days but they are just so rude to me everytime I go in the store. I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon

One start is too much in Tysons location they have a horrible customer service You should have a cashier with more service mine, clothes quality is good but service is bad, employees act like they're kicking customers out.
