I have rheumatoid arthritis, so walking comfortably is one of my main focuses. The employees here helped me find foot inserts and CUTE shoes. I go back again and again to get shoes and boots that feel great.

Had a great experience at this location Tuesday. Tall guy with glasses helped me. I’ve been struggling with plantar fasciitis. Was only there for a new pair of shoes. Ended up with two walking shoes and insoles. I liked that he related to my foot issues having dealt with it himself. My feet are happy now. I’ll be back!

The worst comfort one store service. The old white guy was extremely rude. After showing some shoes and I ended up not buying the shoes, he became rude and said to me "after all that and you're not buying!" Mind you, this is while my wife and daughter were paying at the cash register buying each a pair of shoes from him. He practically pushed us out the door! I would never enter this store ever again and I hope his manager evaluate his performance and fire him. There are other people who can fill this job with better customer service personality!

The old white guy working at this location wasn’t the friendliest, and rather was a bit curt/condescending and intimidating. This store has a limited selection compared to other branches, apparently.
