My wife likes the clothing selection and product quality but in the past there was an issue with their point of sale system not crediting taxes back on returns. Well now that problem has been resolved and everything is good.Natalie is a great associate who always provides fantastic customer service whenever we come in there.

An absolute gem that is critically undervalued! One of the best stores in the galleria as they offer high quality timeless fashion at a reasonable price. The perfect place to make your capsule wardrobe! My wife gets compliments on everything she has bought from here whenever she wears it!

I enjoy shopping ?, and afterwards a great meal completes my shopping/foodie experience. Well my shopping experience on Saturday 12/10/22 was leaps and bounds beyond my expectations. I'd like to thank Miriam of Club Monaco for that. I was looking for a stylish coat that would make a statement and compliment my frame... Miriam, a knowledgeable associate with Style, Grace and Imagination, pointed me in the right direction. I was grateful to Miriam for styling me and keeping me fiscally responsible. The shop was impeccable, the service was on point, and the savings was amazing...Miriam you're a ROCKSTAR!!!

Don't waste your time with this place, the workers here are incredibly rude. First of all they refused to let us into the store by claiming that it was at full capacity. We saw a total of 5 customers in there but okay fine. 2 customers came out and they opened the door and promptly shut it without acknowledging our presence patiently waiting outside. One more customer came out and they promptly shut the door behind them again and ignored us waiting.The workers pretty much had no one in the store and were just standing around for a while before one of them finally opened the door and asked if we were just going to browse or actually buy something.I didn't even respond to their rude remark, just turned around and walked to shop somewhere else. There are so many other stores in this mall, don't bother coming here and giving them any business. @clubMonaco, happy to provide more details and/or names as well

Great shopping experience and low traffic in current situation. Store manager Marie was awesome and very knowledgeable about getting corporate to help with inventory. Definitely above and beyond customer service.

I've usually had a great experience here in the past, however recently I went to Club Monaco to return something and was told that I had to come back because the manager was the only person who could do returns and she was on a break. I thought they were kidding but unfortunately they were not. For a company to inconvenience a customer like that is uncalled for and because of that I will never shop there again. It makes you think what kind of company is this and why don't they trust there employees to do returns. I was not about to wait around for 20 minutes for the manager to return so now I have to find time in my busy schedule to go back to the mall, not knowing if the manager will even be there, in order for me to get my money back. When I left, I did end up calling customer service to complain and they told me that someone would be reaching out to me about the situation but it's been over two weeks and I have heard nothing. People beware of this place.

While the sales staff was very helpful, they were a little overbearing. Every time I came out of the dressing room to show my husband they came to look and comment. I prefer a little less attention when I’m shopping.
