I called this location to set up an appointment to purchase shoes. I was told the shoes hadn’t been released and they would be released next month and to call next month. I called the 1800 number on the Chanel website to inquire about other locations. She told me this location as well as the DC location had the shoe available in the size I was looking for. She said they didn’t have appointments but did take walk-ins. Such a difference in customer service. I don’t feel my business was wanted at this location.

Frustrated! I walked into the store browsing casually and asked to see some bags. I liked a gold mini flap with a resin top handle but decided to walk around the galleria first. Within 15 minutes, I returned to the store and waited an hour, only to be passed to another sales associate. I asked to see other styles with top handles, specifying I didn’t want black or white. Despite repeatedly asking to see the mini flap, WOC (resin), and small flap bags with top handles, the SA initially claimed they didn’t have anything.I then saw a bag right in front of me and pointed it out, only to be told, “Oh, they aren’t the same,” even though I had asked to see anything with a top handle. When I asked again about the mini flap with the resin top handle and inquired about available colors, she insisted they only had black and white. I urged her to check again because she clearly hadn’t looked, and she eventually found a rose one. She then claimed there was nothing else in the entire store with a top handle and that she had shown me everything.I ended up buying the bag, not fully loving it, mainly because of her dismissive attitude. I mentioned that I was visiting family and lived four hours away. Once I got home, I realized I had taken a photo of the gold mini flap with the resin top handle, which she never even showed me or mentioned was available. She said she checked everywhere, including the back of the store and website!Overall, I felt incredibly deceived and like she had manipulated me. Now, I have to go back and deal with this situation. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible experience here with poor customer service. The SA Jose sold me the wrong size shoes. I didn't notice until I attempted to wear them a few weeks later. I had to take the drive back to VA in hopes of exchanging them only to be told that they were sold out in my size. I was told that I'd receive a payment link via email to purchase them from another store. The next day I receive the link at 7pm , I checkout at 7:13pm and received an order number but never received the shoes and no follow up from the SA. I have yet to receive the shoes and SA Jose keeps giving me lame excuses... I'm still working on it, you're profile isn't complete in the system, it's a busy weekend..you name it. For such a high-end, luxury store, the service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Calling customer service is not much of a help although I was told today that someone from the store would be calling me today. I won't hold my breath.

Terrible customer service. I will not be coming back to this store. They quoted a price, I was about to swipe my card to purchase, I asked to confirm the purchase price includes the tax, and was told that the actual price is $1000 higher. I asked them to honor the price that I was quoted and was about to pay. The store manager did not even apologize and refused to honor the price that I was quoted. Clearly, this store will not be receiving any money from my bank account with this terrible customer service.

We had to wait outside to get in. No shade was available during the wait. Once in, there was another 15-minute wait for a sales representative. Shoes do not come in size 35. Adults wear size 35.

I went here while working at a DC store, and the staff was so poor in responding... When you buy a luxury product, you need to provide the same level of service, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. (I'm only talking about certain employees, not all employees. I'm sure not all employees.)I just left and went to the DC store.?

I absolutely love working with Esther! She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! Esther is so helpful and knows so much about all the various bags and the history behind each one. I have been shopping with Esther for years and she makes the experience the absolute best!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This store is selected customers, I dressed casual today to pick up my bag. The store Manager Tamara was not released my bag that I purchased from another SA.

Official website recommended to clean fine jewelry at any Chanel boutique. But at this store the staff told me they don’t do any jewelry cleaning. They cannot even keep their story and services consistent.
