Poor service, no return policy that customers can use. The owner said I give you two days maximum if you would like to exchange. They exchanged the item after I rushed next day. The item I got in exchange was a set of candle stand, however I asked him to check if it’s the same item in the packed box as he took almost 25 minutes to find it at the back of the store. He checked one in front of me and it was the same I wanted , so I got it home and kept to use on a special occasion only to realize that they both are different holders packed separately. Now what do I do? It’s been months. I guess my mistake to buy from them on the first place.

I ordered an ottoman an d found out that they were getting it shipped in from Turkey. I waited 4 months and was told it did not come in on the container and it was missing. They had conflicting information as to why but the last thing told to me was that at the Port, the took it off and couldn't find it. This was in direct contrast to if you had ordered a couch, it may have come with that. Hiuh, not sure what that means but the bottom line, is they have no idea where it is.I also learned they knew this for over a week and apparently left messages for their contact over there and the guy never got back.
