So disappointed!!! With this store I bought a handbag and a pair of sunglasses here. I wanted to return the Sunglasses and the sales person almost going to give me the refund, then all of a sudden the guy took it inside and said that there is a scratch. They cannot return it. I haven’t seen any scratches on those glasses. I never wore it I asked them I can exchange for another pair. They said no to me too very rudely. The manager came out and was not helpful at all please do not shop here.
I called several times to this store and they keep hanging up on me the store. They said the manager will call me but up till now nobody ha called me back. I am very disappointed. I’m was in love with this Celine brand but not anymore.

Very disappointing customer service. I won’t shop here again.I’ve been a loyal Celine client for years and have purchased 3 handbags in recent years, but I won’t be buying again from them.I took a bag to be repaired in August, received and approved a quote for the repair cost in September, and didn’t hear anything for nearly 5 months until I sent Celine an email asking where the repaired item was. The note back said they could not repair the item and it was in the store but they didn’t bother to email me or call and leave a message to say as much. I emailed back to express my dissatisfaction and asking for a recommendation on how to get it repaired and they never bothered to email me back to say we’re so sorry, here’s what we recommend or here’s what we can do to make this right.I expect a lot more from a so called “luxury” brand like Celine and needless to say I won’t be shopping here again. It pains me because I really liked the brand but without even mediocre customer service I can’t shop here again.

called the branch and inquired about a refund since the item wasnt up to par, the rep pretended to help and then hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times but it was clear they were avoiding my calls, when they picked up first ring when they thought it was a sale. very unprofessional and rude.

The sales Person was trying to sell a used ( scratched belt ) to me and I was about to buy it until I noticed that the belt had many scratches and when I brought it up they said ok we can order a new one for you !!!Seriously? In a luxury store that any item costs over 600-700 and higher you will give such services? You try to put a used belt in a box and sell it??

girl omg the employees are so sweet here!!! me and my friends went in today looking for a new scent (and found one) and the sweetest lady helped us today. she was so informative and helpful with prices and what options were and she was gorgeous!! love her longtime

Rene Zhang is the best SA ever! He is not only friendly but very professional and provides a high quality customer service. He is also honest and not the type of salesperson who would lie to convince you to sell and make profits. I would highly recommend this gentle and caring SA for your Celine needs.

Do not deal with the black man that works in there and wears the cowboy boots! And this is coming from a black female, whatever you do, do not deal with him! Be patient and wait for somebody else to assist you!!!!

So disappointed. I've been debating a belt bag for a while but was waiting for my birthday to purchase. In the meantime I was looking for a new belt. I bought both sizes online and drove to this location to return the other since their website explicitly states you can return online orders to the store. I got there with their first half hour of opening and there was only one other customer in the store. The woman was SO rude. As soon as she heard I had bought the belt online she rushed over and said no, we can't help you. I told her the Celine site said I could return at the store. She said well we just reopened 3 weeks ago and our systems can't do it. Totally dismissive of me. So I'll return by mail, and I'll return the belt I was going to keep as well. The rudeness helped solidify my decision about the belt bag. I'll take my money to a store who values their customers.

The older negative reviews compelled me to write one. I moved to spitting distance from this mall and go there almost daily for breakfast and will sometimes visit stores after. Celine is one of my favorite brands for their understated elegance and quality craftsmanship. The new designs have been a bit off-putting since I'm not into logos but there's still a lot of options out there! Keith has always been helpful in every purchase I've made. I'm shocked to see someone say he's rude- he's absolutely a gem of a customer service specialist. He always greets me with a smile. Maybe that was an off day- everyone has one right?? The new store is very close to its original location and it's nice and bright, spacious, and a facelift I'm not sure they needed but hey, it's gorgeous!

Amazing! I live in California and the Beverly Hills location did not carry the Micro Luggage I was looking for. The only store in the U.S. that had the last one was this store. Tiffany was extremely helpful and made my purchase very easy. I'm currently waiting for the bag to arrive and am extremely thankful to Tiffany!
