Attempted to transfer an existing prescription to another pharmacy due to both cost and convenience. The new pharmacy reached out to Care Connect several times with no response back, and Care Connect claims they must have called the wrong #. I verified with the new pharmacy that they were calling the correct #. Reminder that pharmacies are required by law to comply with requests to transfer prescriptions.

Michelle Moore referred me to Care Connect Pharmacy and it's the best experience I've ever had with any pharmacy! The communication, customer service and quality of care is exceptional. Not only that, they were diligent, thorough and efficient with processing all of my information. I will be sharing with all of my family and friends Care Connect Pharmacy's information. Absolutely zero stars. The pharmacy canceled by Rx without providing a reason — a day before Independence Day and two days before a scheduled surgery. I called to inquire about the reason and to see if I could get it straightened out, but the phone line says they are closed. The posted business hours indicate that they should be open. Nothing on their website indicates that they will be closed for July 4th, much less the day before. Further, the prompts for patients to leave a message lead to errors, so there is no way to communicate with anyone. I can’t get the Rx transferred or even attempt to speak with anyone until after the surgery. The medication has an impact on long term recovery and just adds to overall stress. Businethat are supposed to serve patient needs should make things easier on patients, including clearly communicating. This business does the opposite of that.

This specialty pharmacy is amazing. Their staff is a dream. They are thoughtful, resourceful, and competent. They take the stress out of insurance processing. Delivery to your door is a perk. I work with Wally and he stands out in his customer service and patience. Everyone I've ever talked to is so nice and always trying to help you find the best answer to insurance and prescriptions.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service from a pharmacy. I truly cannot speak highly enough about Care Connect Pharmacy and their staff. I spoke with Margaret over the phone today and she was incredibly kind and professional. Every single interaction I have had with them has been nothing but a joy and a relief compared to all the frustration I have dealt with in the past with pharmacy's and insurance companies. They offer free delivery in the DVM which makes my life so much easier and have UNBELIEVABLE prices. I am so glad to have access to a pharmacy who truly is able to give the attention and care to people and make their medications actually affordable. I had one pharmacy tell me i needed to pay over $1,000 for a medication and care connect was able to get it for me for less than $70. I recommend care connect to everyone and anyone!

Efficient, fast, and friendly. Two of our doctors suggested we use Care Connect and I now understand why. I was barely out of the doctor's office when Care Connect called me, ready to fill our prescription. They also looked for coupons and discounts to apply to our prescription. At least one prescription we had filled at Care Connect cost less than at our local Giant pharmacy. Medication delivery is also free.

I got my medicine through care connect because my dermatologist suggested it. Absolutely awful experience. I was some how signed up for recurring shipments despite saying no to it, and also the prices for their products are more expensive than other places. Definitely not the move.

Couldn't be better. Doc sent prescription here -- puzzled me because I usually use CVS -- but I'm glad he did. They're great at dealing with insurance company, doc for refills, and finding/applying coupons I didn't even know about. And they use amazing delivery service that's prompt and reliable. They've been helpful the few times I've needed to talk to someone; other than that, for routine refills, their automated system Just Works.

Ditto to the "absolutely inept" comment. About 90% of Care Connect's staff are incapable of providing accurate information (e.g., approximate delivery times). Plus, it takes forever to get connected to a Care Connect representative, who can't even get you the right information--pretty important considering this is supposed to be a pharmacy. I had sworn off Care Connect a few years ago; back to CVS I go.

First off I want to say I would never have signed up for this type of pharmacy. My doctors office puts my perscription into my local CVS pharmacy which is a two block walk away. A Pharmacy that I have always used and have never had any issues with. Why my docotr chose to put my percription in to this place is beyond me. After seeing how this service runs no thanks! Its supose to be a two or thre day service. A full week later I have nothing but was told that yes they did deliver it to my home. What I did not tell them was that we have cameras everywhere outside and a sensor alarm, if anyone is even near the front door or drops anything on it that voice activated alarm goes off with the camera so we dont have to worry about theft. I was home the entire day too. So now I have been told on the second try its going through UPS. They have refused to give me any tracking information for a product I already paid for. They took my email and said they would send me the UPS tracking information. I have recieved no such tracking info . So my husband got on the phone sure enough the guy never sent the tracking information. UPS just delivered to my garage door that sits in an alley way not a safe location!Being in the city this service is not ideal for front door delivery or alley way! They rely on a computer screen to say if package was delivered no photo proof from driver, why not? Take photos thats proof thats what fetch and every delivery business does. Want to know if your driver is lying ask the customer if they have a security camera and weed out the bad apples. I have a security camera guess what the first time there was zero people that came to drop any package off at my door your driver either lied or they got the wrong door. All my neighbors have cameras yeah now you get it no one showed up! Not for any amount of money would I use this pharmacy service again. Horrible experience I give 0 stars.

MY DAUGHTER'S MEDICATION WAS DELAYED FOR A MONTH BECAUSE CVS PHARMACY MESSED UP PROCESS REQUIRED TO FILL HER PRESCRIPTION. CARE CONNECT PHARMACY HAS EXCELLENT & PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, FREE & FAST NEXT DAY HOME DELIVERY, AND NO EXCUSES!!!

This pharmacy is so easy to work with, they have excellent pricing on prescriptions not eligible for insurance, they deliver same or next day and the service couldn't be better!

Absolutely inept. A pharmacist told me today that a prescription that I had been using for years was no longer covered. When I expressed disbelief because I had ordered from Care Connect earlier this year under the same insurance, she specifically said it was not covered anymore and that she would relay to my healthcare provider that I needed alternative medication. I expressed disbelief again that I would need entirely different medication, but that's what she confirmed. Taking a completely different SSRI means I'd have to experience withdrawal symptoms, an added stress. I went through hoops today to call my insurance to figure out if that was an error and try to schedule a doctor's appointment to get a different medication. Turns out all there needed to be was a prior authorization. This pharmacist incorrectly led me to believe that I needed to get a totally different medication. Needing prior authorization and complete denial of coverage is extremely different. When I called with a complaint of this all the "supervisor" admitted no fault and simply stated everyone did the right thing. She also questioned my own memory of things as if I were an idiot.
