I recently went in last week to pick some stuff up for and just leisurely shopping. I stopped by the men's department where the jeans are and I was greeted by MARIA she was polite although based on her appearance I did not know she work there (it seems that that the older ladies wear sports legging in this department which makes it seem low end compared to Neimans and Bloomingdale's ). However I told her I was fine and carried on. I kid you not she kept following me the entire time in the department and what seems like a body guard and I felt uncomfortable. When I went to pay I went to another register because clearly she wanted the commission but she was helping multiple people so I chose to not give her that. This store has fallen apart the old ladies that work in the morning are very hungry for sale and poach like hunters. Plus at the other register where I did ring up MARIA is known for "stalking" her customers and it seems that management either does not care or they are lacking in it. If someone reaches out I would like to escalate this to corporate because the experience I had here was horrible and I felt like the store compared to Bloomingdale's and Saks felt like a car dealership. Also the men's section smelled awful from the restroom it's embarrassing and the store is always hot I have shopped here for over 10 years and it's still broken and the same excuse just from different people. And for woman's I refuse to go up it looks a mess and is disorganized compared to others in the area like Bloomingdale's. And in my last review I complained how the fragrance selection is very small for men compared to other retailers hopefully they fix it I only come here to shop at the Le Labo counter where the staff is always pleasant!!!

Although online shopping has become even more convenient and you can probably get the same thing (if not more selection) faster online, my focus on this review is about the excellent and welcoming service I received at the Nordstrom at the Fashion Galleria. Ginger helped me pick out and try different skirts, walking around the floor. They also helped me with some last-minute tailoring as well. Be aware that parking can be tough- it can be a long walk as the lots are often full.

I recently had an unfortunate experience while shopping at your Nordstrom location that compelled me to share my concerns. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade, and today's incident has left me deeply disappointed. During my visit today, I felt stereotyped and racially profiled by an older white lady working in the men's department. She followed me closely and stood over me while I was browsing, creating an uncomfortable and humiliating atmosphere. I've never encountered such behavior in my years of shopping at Nordstrom, and it was deeply distressing. While I understand the importance of preventing theft, it is essential to recognize that not every individual, regardless of their race, engages in such activities. This experience has left me feeling disheartened, and I felt compelled to share my concerns. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate regarding this incident. It is my hope that this matter will be addressed appropriately to ensure a more inclusive and respectful shopping environment for all customers. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I've decided not to shop at this location in the future.

I have been shopping at Nordstrom Tysons since 90's. I used to buy 80% of my cloths, shoes , and cosmetics at Tyson's store. They used to have a great selection and great sales associates. But in the past 10 years they gradually have got worse especially after Covid. Now I spent maybe $1000 a year in that store Maybe less. There is perhaps 5 sales associates in the entire store who have been there for a long time the rest are so unprofessional. I was going to buy a sweatshirt there was one young woman at the register with full concentration on her phone I asked her a question about a brand I was looking for. While she was looking at her phone she said "back there by the wall" Bottom line no selection no service I shop at Neiman's. I can get the brands I like and get the best service. I would rather shop at Macys rather than Nordstrom.

I normally don't do this but If I could give this store a negative 0 I would. The security team at Tysons RACIALLY PROFILES and this is the SECOND time this has happened to me. I went to the designer sunglasses section today to look for new shades and a security person (I believe his name is Tez) came to the department randomly and starts speaking with the employee who worked in that section. Mind you there were other people browsing in that department as well. As I'm walking away towards the exit, I notice he starts following behind me. Then he starts walking fast to get ahead of me and pretends to be looking at cologne that is right in front of the exit. As soon as I walk out the door, I look back because I caught on to what he was doing and he stopped what he was doing, starts walking back and stares right at me and looks away as I'm in a standstill staring at him. Then proceeds to walk away because clearly NOTHING was stolen! WHY WEREN'T other people in the same sunglasses department not followed?!? I use to work there so I know exactly how it goes because they did it to me before while I was on the clock . They were following me in my department because at the time, we were not wearing name tags or anything. The security guard was following me as I was looking through clothes and I literally had to tell him that I worked there and he immediately apologized after. It is getting out of hand and it's absolutely RIDICULOUS. They pick and choose a certain type of people to follow around the store and its disgusting!

I never gave any bad comments or complain any sellers since I know it's their job to support their life. However, the incident happened today made my mom and me feel so terrible, extremely terrible. We are usually shopping at Nordstrom in Tyson. We always feel happy about their service until this man in the picture did really unacceptable action to my mom. He could treat me badly but to my mom he can not look down on her. My mom just went around to look at the clothes, and saw some clothes on the racks in the picture. Some have tags that said reserve or hold or sold for someone and the rest not having any notes just like other clothes displayed on the other racks. You can see in the picture. My mom just touched some clothes to see the design. She even didn't take them out to see. Suddenly that man yelled so loud at her " hey, you can't touch them" with his glare and attitude. My mom was sock and put her hand down right away. And he talked something to the women right there then she gave a bad look at my mom such as my mom did really bad thing. If sth clients can't touch it, it should give a notice or put inside/ behind the register. Or he can gentlely said sorry please don't touch it or sth a bit nice. Did he discriminate us because of our looks? We are Asian and wore normal clothes, not fancy clothes that he thought we couldn't afford to buy those clothes that he sold. That's why he yelled so loud at my mom. I still feel so mad and really bad till now.It's really bad treated to clients!! I wish if I recorded that moment and for everyone seeing it.

Title... Come one Come all! I've always liked this Nordstrom. In my experience, the folks here are always nice and attentive. I come here mostly for their colognes and maybe some shoes. They always have nice things in this store and the return policy is just amazing. Not too much to say about this place. It's in a great location as well. And they're always stocked.

The customer service here is absolutely insane. I was treated like royalty which was crazy unexpected for my age at high end store! Excellent and helpful friendly employees, and the coffee bar was incredible.Love this store! I will never step foot in here again though on the mega sales. Way too busy.

John In the Nordstrom kids shoe department was AMAZING today 11-17-2022. He went out of the way to find the PERFECT pair of winter Ughs for my 18 month old granddaughter. His customer service was amazing. Great guy!!! Give him a promotion.

Every time I came here , there r reasons for me to get mad. Stupid management, no brains. Custumer services aren't horrible, you need to change the supervisors customers come to spend money and you make them mad? Very skillful! I have to write and give a one star review every single day if I must. Until Im feeling better, Keep up with how you are doing and your store will run out of business.

The food at Nordstrom is really first rate! I had the seasonal Wild Alaska Pollock taco salad at the Ebar and I can’t say enough about all of the wonderful flavors going on.

Vante in the shoe department at Nordstrom in Tysons was wonderful!! My mom and I could not believe how friendly and helpful he was. Wanted to take the time to recognize him! He really made our experience fantastic.
