“We had an amazing experience with USA Auto glass. We were heading out of town on Sunday and got a giant crack in our windshield on Saturday. We called at 2pm on Saturday and they were there to replace our windshield within a few hours. He was very polite and worked quickly to get our windshield replaced so we were still able to take our trip on Sunday. We would definitely recommend and use them again!”
“Something dripped on the door of my truck in a parking garage that damaged the paint. I had a warrenty on the ceramic coating from the dealership and they put me in touch with this company. I called and sent an email and I got a response from Ron to set an appointment. The location is right next to a redline metro station sonitnwas okay to leave my truck there since I could use that to get to work. He had my truck for a few hours and I was able to pick it up when I got off. He had an overnight box with a code, so I didn't have to leave work early to get my key. Everything was covered by the warrenty and my truck looked great after! Jon is a cool person who was willing to work with my schedule and provided a great service!”

I was looking for a service to replace my windshield and Zips came up in my search. They had a coupon for money off your insurance deductible and some AWESOME reviews, so I decided to check them out. I now see why they had awesome reviews! Armond answered the phone promptly & told me they were on my insurance company's list and exactly what to send him the Vin number and my address. They had availability today, came out and installed my new glass in 45 minutes! They even re-attached my EZ pass transponder! Highly recommend Zips!”

“Took me without an appointment on a busy morning. Luigi looked at our right front fender liner, then 1) replaced a missing clip to secure liner to fender and 2) because the liner is broken, couldn't affix a missing bolt. "But you're good to go," he said. "You need a new fender liner but it's not an emergency." No charge. Refused a $20 "thank you." Best to call for an appointment. Open 7:30 AM - 5:30 M-F and 9 AM-noon Saturdays. Plus, btw, cordial welcome from staff and a clean, cool, capacious waiting area.”
“This place did a great job on my Tesla that was in a very minor side swipe accident, but I would trust it with any body work! They even fixed an issue with a rear bracket that Tesla body shop and Tesla service wasn't able to fix properly from a previous repair when someone hit me from behind. And the car was given an excellent interior and exterior cleaning too. Thanks!”
“From the time I walked in the door to the time the repair was completed it was a first class experience. I got an estimate sent to me with no hassle or stress. An appointment was made for the repair time and they were ready. I dropped off my van and it was ready the next week as was the estimated time. My van has a fancy multi layer paint and they matched it perfectly. All of this at the estimated price. If I need body work or paint again I will be right back here with Daryl and the rest of the crew!”

Paul the owner spoke with me over the phone we set an appointment and he was right on time bringing the windshield repair to be done at my home. I have a Mercedes sl 500 that had a chip in the windshield. I keep my car in pristine condition. Paul came out and fixed the chip you don't even see where the chip existed before the fix. Safetech was honest, very price competitive and performed a flawless windshield repair. Great company.”

“I got a headlight repaired at Yates, and after a few months my husband noted that is was weirdly crooked. Took my car back and showed them the issue and they jumped right on the repairs. They made sure it was done right and even offered to eat the cost if my insurance company balked. They offer a great warranty on their work and we were more than pleased with the customer service. They really go above and beyond. They will be our go to repair shop for any future unfortunate issues.”

“Was driving down the highway, and a huge rock popped up from behind a tractor trailer. The rock hit my windshield and shattered it on the spot. Contacted my State Farm claims office, and they recommend Safelite AutoGlass repair service. Contacted Safelite AutoGlass, and got an appointment within days of the incident happening. I was able to elect a remote service appointment or an in office installation. I choose the in office installation. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, was greeted by “Alan” who had me already scheduled for the day/time requested. I was told it would be 90-120 minutes for the installation, but that they would work quickly to get me back on the road. As promised, I was in/out in under two hours. The technicians I encountered were all friendly, professional and courteous. Their office location was clean, free coffee for customers and a bathroom that was absolutely “spotless.” I would highly recommend this Safelite AutoGlass repair shop if you find yourself in a need. The tech who welcomed me to the site was very kind (in my 10+ years living in the area - one of the most earnest service employees I’ve encountered). My appointment commenced as scheduled and they greeted me by name. He also promptly called me when the job was almost finished so I’d have enough time to return as it was done. I was hesitant by the other reviews but my experience was a five star in costumer service, service, and efficiency. The windshield looks great. I’ll have to clean my car now but that’s to be expected after such a job as replacing the windshield… I’m grateful my insurance company recommended that I bring my vehicle here.
