I recently “Sunday may 26/2024” visited the Boss store at Tysons Corner to purchase a shirt for my husband for Father's Day. I inquired about a military discount, but the salesman informed me that Boss, being a German company, does not offer one. I was disappointed by this excuse, especially since they are operating in the U.S.During the conversation, I mentioned that I had made purchases boss at pentagon mall that provided military discounts. The salesman then explained that pentagon mall are required to offer military discounts not boss wants . However, he reiterated that Boss does not do so due to the brand is GermanyI found this explanation unsatisfactory. If Boss is selling products in America, it would be more appropriate to align with local practices . and show appreciation for the military community. The experience left me frustrated, and I hope Boss will reconsider their stance on offering military discounts in their U.S. locations. A bit more sensitivity and understanding towards the local customer base would go a long way.

I have gone here for years to buy high quality, good looking fashionable clothing. They recently sold the store to corporate. I hope they are able to maintain a good selection of outfits like they have in the past. I'm a little worried because they now have a lot of apparel with big lettering of the store name on them. They never did that before. I don't need to be a walking billboard, that is not fashion. Still, I do find good looking clothes there, so that makes me feel happy and relieved. I think corporate should consult regularly with the prior owner, because he/she was a fashion genius.

Terrible service. I would give it zero star if the system allows me to do so.Phone call was never answered. We came back to the store twice and ask for follow up service promised by the sales but were refused. People there were rude and unprofessional. I felt extremely disappointed by their lack of willingness to provide proper service and their disinterest in assisting customers.

The apparel is modern and high quality made from Turkey and /or Italy. The suits are timeless and refined. The staff is extremely knowledgeable (especially Sam) and will not steer you wrong.
