Dave seemed like a nice guy but didn’t honor the exact rate that was offered on the bank rate when I was floating the rate. I asked specifically if they will honor the rate, he said yes but he didn’t on the day I locked. Be prepared for some surprised when you are deep in the process. Zahra, loan processor was difficult to deal with. She had an attitude, rude, always interrupted and over talked when trying to ask or say something. Overall, the loan closed on time but got sold immediately. Won’t work with them again!

Dave, Leah, and Maily at Aurora Financial were fantastic to work with. They were all very responsive and helped guide us through the process. Plus Aurora Financial offered the best rates by far! Having a closing date three weeks out was not an issue and our title company was impressed with how early they submitted our documents. Our experience with Aurora Financial could not have gone smoother.

My wife and I found Aurora via Bankrate and were impressed by the programs they offered including $1000 guarantee for on time closing, rate float down, and free refinancing, all with one of the best rates. We read in the reviews that Dave Gravely was great to work with so we reached out directly to him and he patiently answered our questions and helped us to get pre-approved. We then worked with Leah Palmer who was so efficient and helpful, she was able to help us navigate through the many requests and get cleared to close as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend choosing Aurora and would work with them again in the future!

We had a great experience working with the entire team at Aurora Financial to purchase a new house. Their rates were hands down the best we could find (thank you, Dave!), and our loan processor Leah made all the paperwork and process as smooth as possible. Leah was wonderful to work with: professional, detailed, answered all our questions, and responded in a timely manner. Just finished refinancing my house and had an amazing experience with Aurora and everyone who worked there! Our loan office was Dave Gravely and processor was Zahra Shah. Both were extremely responsive and professional. We were able to close our loan within 3 weeks with no hassle!! Interest rate was the lowest out of all the other companies we contacted.
