I have been having such a difficult time finding clothing that fit, but Megan Rose at Tysons Corner spent probably over an hour helping me find the right fit. She was so helpful, patient, and kind. Honestly, all the staff in the store were extremely nice but Megan went above and beyond for me.

I just received perfect customer service from Ms. Sydney at Ann Taylor in Tysons Galleria! Sydney is amazing and a true asset to Ann Taylor and to Tysons Galleria! She was extremely kind and helpful, and provided wonderful assistance to all her customers. I’m wowed by her! Hope to see you again soon!

Was going to buy some pants today but the sales staff didn't seem to want to help? Had to ask to put the pants in a changing room and then when I went to try them on a staff member eventually came by the change room area, I said hi to her and went to ask if I could try the pants on, she glared at me like I was disgusting and walked away. I went back out into the main store area and the staff looked at me but wouldn't come over to help. The store and mall in general were super quiet. So I don't understand. If you don't want my money, I guess suit yourself?The experience ultimately isn't that important but it did feel uncomfortable. I think I looked fine and don't know what would prompt such rude treatment when I had just said hi. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that's not how you treat other people.

I shop often at this store because the price point is affordable for my budget. I use TikTok and instagram yo get more ideas for the their collections usually young girls working at any of the large stores Pentagon, Tysons Corner and Galleria at don't really have the knowledge or style to help you buy a huge wardrobe. Also as a consumers we have to be flexible to order online if your size is not available. And when you do from the stores it's free shipping. Sales are always happening: my favorite store anywhere I use my phone with styles I save.

My wife had a lovely experience shopping at the International Drive location last weekend. Vanessa helped her find the right suit size, brought MANY different pieces to the fitting room for her to try on, and was overall very helpful. We did not keep our daughter in the store long because all of the employees were NOT wearing masks, but the shopping experience itself was made better by Vanessa's attentive assistance.

The ladies here were super helpful. A lady named Mei helped me and was very helpful with personalizing my experience. I’m in between sizes and she found my the perfect fit pants and was very knowledgeable about the sizing.

I went today around lunch time and none of the three ladies bothered to say hello or ask me if I needed help. All they did was stared at me! LOL. Just like someone said earlier, it is one of the reasons why people buy online these days. This place was also not well stocked and felt empty, like they were getting ready to shut down the location for good.
